We rented a 7x10 unit at the location on Monument Blvd. in Concord CA. Every single person we’ve worked with has been exceedingly friendly and helpful. Mike at the front desk is THE guy every business wants representing them. The unit is easy to get into and there’s even a free cart to use to help roll everything into the unit.

Mike has been nothing short of amazing! It's hard to find people that will treat you like they care and work with you. He is the epitome of respect and professionalism. For these reasons alone it is worth going to this storage.

The reservation system worked great and the storage Mgr called within 30 minutes to complete the process. The whole process took less than an hour.

WOW, I WAS SURPRISE, AMANDA PEASE CAME IN THE OFFICE, CHEERFUL AND SO HELPFUL. I HAVE HAD A STORAGE UNIT IN EXTRASPACESTORAGE, CA . FOR OVER 20 YRS, I NEVER HAVE HAD EXPECTED , SUCH HELP, NOR HAVE HAD EVER SINCE I MOVED MY STUFF THERE. My treatment from the Concord location on Monument blvd was amazing, the staff there have been very helpful and pricing was great...also my storage unit was clean and my belongs keep safe. I would go to them and recommend the to anyone moving....????
