Excellent Service at Extra Space Storage
I want to give a big thanks to Darlene for her outstanding service at the Concord Extra Space Storage. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question with patience, and made the whole rental process simple and stress-free.
The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what really makes the difference is the quality of customer service. Darlene goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly — she genuinely cares about the customers and it shows.
If you’re looking for storage in Concord, I highly recommend this location. Ask for Darlene — you’ll be in good hands.

Review is for Jax, manager who was extremely kind and helpful! Great employee who was happy to help me. The storage place itself is fine and safe. Wasn’t happy with a $200/ month increase within a year. They raised it twice ($100 each time) and they said they sent a card in the mail, which I didn’t receive and no email. Anyways, if you rent here, make sure you check your monthly statements for an unexpected increase and contact the office right away. They should also email/or text number on the account to inform too.

Darleen and Nikita we’re extremely helpful. my brother got a storage unit online. We went to the unit we realized it was too small so we went to the office to see and the ladies went out of their way to help us. We highly recommend the storage unit. They were very thoughtful and attended to our needs and willing to help.

The storage spaces were very spacious and the on-site team was fantastic and super helpful. We would definitely rent a storage unit here again!

Worst storage unit I ever had.. My storage unit got broken into. They didn’t care, wasn’t helpful. I don’t recommend this place to NOBODY AT ALL!!!!

The first day I came by they were closing. The manager stayed 30 minutes past closing with me to get me set up. Second month, had a billing issue. Talked to the manager and she solved it promptly. It’s not about being perfect it’s about showing effort and she does that foresure!

The Staff here are flat out better than the other surrounding storage options (of which there are MANY). Unlike the competition, here at Extra Space, I havent been; lied to or mislead.
Also theyre generally flexible and work with the customers needs instead of acting like their policy's are federal law like the competition.

The staff James is very assertive, he’ll go out the way to help you out in any way! The units is very Ez to get to and the facilities is clean. I would very much recommend this place if you need an extra space or a garage type atmosphere. James the Man!!!

James helped me with my storage needs. He got me a great deal on a unit and it only took a couple of minutes to do it. He was polite, quick and efficient. He made the process effortless and went above and beyond. Because of him, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. Give that man a raise!
