I had to print something off my laptop and flashdrive but had low battery I was yelled at and told I would not be allowed to come back. Felt discriminated against because I have seen others do the same thing and they do nothing. However when a Black man does the same it's an issue. I go to any other Kinkos and they allow me to charge or continue work on my laptop. Why have outlets and allow people to bring in devices if you yell at your customers????!!!! Something Corporate will know about!

Horrible. They can’t even answer a question and everything needs to be called to 800 number. I’ve asked simple things like what’s gonna happen if you’re “guaranteed delivery service” fail and you won’t be able to deliver by 2 o’clock and they could not even respond and referred me to call customer service. I go to the store to be able to ask questions and to be able to get responses. This is absolutely terrible.

Horrible! I’ve never had to use FexEx services before but went here to print a one page document I forgot at home that I needed so I tried Fedex. It was a small document that only had a barcode on it and asked the girl at the counter how to print a document. She told me to email my document to the FedEx email address and to wait. I waited about 5 minutes and I asked her again, what I should do and she repeats “you have to wait.” I’m like, what am I supposed to be waiting for I’m just trying to print a document and she tells me again defensively “you just have to wait.” I finally ask her if they have directions on how to print documents from your phone because the explanation she’s giving me doesn’t explain what I’m supposed to be waiting for. She assumed I knew the process and provided me with no other details of what the heck i was supposed to be waiting for. I now know I’m waiting for an email from FedEx with a barcode to retrieve the document to print. It also said the process should take about 1-5 minutes depending on the file size. I figured it should take 5 minutes being the document only had a barcode on it. I was there at 4pm and after waiting 45 minutes I finally left and printed it out at an entirely different place. I ended up receiving the FedEx code 3 hours later!!!!! WHAT THE HECK!!!! Worst service all around.

I had a run in with either a man with a ponytail/Woman (I'm not assuming gender). They/Them & other workers kicked me out as I was trying to print. Simply because my phone was dying & in order to retrieve the code in my email I had to charge my device. While printing & charging I was told I had to leave. When I explained I am a paying customer actively printing they didn't care & stopped my print job. How do you have open ports & get mad at a paying customer for charging their device while using your services??!!

I had a signature required package held at this location while I was traveling. They said that my driver's license wasn't enough proof of identity and asked for a power bill or similar to verify my identity. I can buy a car with less than that. It was an unreasonable request and they can return it to sender on their own dime.

Unorganized, unprofessional, and an absolute mess. I have had a couple bad experiences at this specific FedEx, but the one that I had today will keep me from ever going back. I got a banner printed for an event I am working this weekend, and when I went to pick up the sign, it had a giant smear in the middle of it. They offered to make me another one, which I agreed to even though it frustrated me since I was on my lunch break which was only an hour and I knew I would not be able to come back until later. And I also want to know why they wouldn't check it before the customer came to pick it up? Anyways, after returning many hours later, I came to pick up my sign and they tried to double charge me. I had already paid for the sign when I got it ordered the previous two days before that. Apparently, their computer was messed up and it wasn't showing that I paid for the item even though I was showing them my bank statement with the charge had already processed and gone through. The man helping me quite literally told me, " I cannot let you leave with the sign" even though I already paid for it. I repetitively told him many times that it should not be the customers problem just because they have a screwup on their end but he absolutely refused to give the sign to me until I had already sat there and argued with him for 20 minutes. Everyone here needs to learn some serious customer service skills. Why on earth would you make the customer pay for the fact that your computer isn't working? That is not my problem and has nothing to do with me. And neither will this store because I am literally never coming back here again. They need to hire a completely new staff for this store because no one here ever knows what they're talking about. And while they're at it, they should get a completely new computer system, because that apparently never works either. I highly recommend going to the FedEx in Walnut Creek over this one.

Extremely irritated and disappointed that when I told staff including the manager my delivery was expecting 2 boxes that needed to be refrigerated (temp sensitive medication). They said they only received one and that it is 1 box per tracking ID. So I picked up the one this morning thinking maybe the other box didn't arrive yet waiting for a second tracking ID to be texted to me or maybe they did send just one box with everything in there. I work during the day and had a midday appointment so I couldn't call them to double check till the afternoon as I never received a second tracking ID. They said they found the second box and I had to leave work again to go back down there. Box had already been sitting there for hours and the medicine was not cheap so hoping it's still viable as it needs to be taken this week.Next time just do your job and instead of guessing actually double check to avoid putting others in a predicament.

I came in today to do a return and the guy working there was little to no help. Its annoying when you have people with 0 to no customer service skills. Retrain the staff!!!Also hate when I come into a location and I see the face of someone who hates being there or hates their job!
