I had an excellent experience at this Firestone yesterday. Things are so much better now that Stevie is gone, Nick is there and Omar is at the service desk. Omar was so kind and explained everything to me. My car was repaired quickly and on time as quoted. Compared to some previous experiences, I am so pleased with my visit yesterday and most appreciate Omar’s attentiveness, thorough customer service and friendly attitude.

Our cars have never felt smoother driving until after we took them to Firestone. The team is so friendly, services are efficient and the work is quality work. Even if you just take the vehicle in for full point inspection, most everything is within their wheelhouse to service the troubles.

The Customer service with Firestone complete care on Contra Costa Blvd has gone to the dogs. I witness the store manager being to rude to 2 asian ladies.
Then my sister book appointment to have her tire fix Today, 06/25/2024. We drop it off early morning on Tuesday and left the car the whole day, when we back this afternoon we found out that they have not repair her tire yet.

Came in for a flat tire , they said 3 hour wait , (pretty typical for Antioch and Brentwood so I expected concord location to be the same) left my car and less than 1 hour cars ready to go ! Great job guys & James especially !

05.24.2024 “Contactless Payment”
I am only giving it 2 stars. Let me explain. They don’t accept contactless payment. What?! enough said.
I thank you for the service, but boy I can’t support businesses that don’t accept contactless payment.
There are a lot of auto mechanic shop in the area to choose from but after covid-19 if business are not improving their payment system, which, I think it’s supported, this is just lazy..
We are living in a digital age in a new payment system, app, QR code but this place doesn’t accept contactless payment. But again good job with the service..

Courteous, patient front desk personnel, they answered all questions. They demonstrated all the repair they did with live examples in the shop. They were patient with all the technical questions I had about the repair.
