Best of the best! Broken service line on Bayshore rd. Blocked whole rd. Called them and explained situation and asked them deliver to me new hose. 15 minutes later I had part in my hand. Fixed quick and rolled back to work. I don't know how to appreciate to you guys. Thanks a lot!

Whoever drove one of your pick ups to Santa Rosa around 3PM on 9/16 drives extremely recklessly. Zero regards for community safety. Would never do business with a low integrity company.

I purchased an alternator from this location that later went bad and stopped charging the batteries in my rig. When I returned it, an employee there named Mark didn't seem to want to help me get my money back. Even after I purchased a second alternator from them and driving all the way to San Jose to get it. After going back and forth about it they did agree to refund my money for the first alternator but not without threatening me that I could still be charged for it. As a business owner I no longer want to do business with Fleet Pride altogether. If you do go there, try and avoid dealing with Mark. He's very rude and isn't capable of answering questions.

These guys are top notch. Mr. Bob first helped me over the phone, gave me a great price on some batteries. Plenty of parking for cars, but sadly not much room for a big truck (which we were in). Guys let us swap the batteries in rear of location. That was so helpful.
