As a 5-Star member I get treated more like an off the street out of the blue customer. Hertz is the worst company in all my years of renting cars via Business & Pleasure. They are shady!

I was there to rent a car under the Uber app and they turned me away saying that they had to reserve money from my account before I could have the car that should be put in the policy on the Uber app since they both contract with each other

If I could give zero stars, I would.
This place is a complete joke. The staff are the laziest people on earth, sitting around doing nothing except figuring out how to rip customers off. They overcharge for literally nothing and treat you like you’re the problem for even asking questions. When I asked if there was a manager, they shrugged and said, “We don’t have one.” That explains everything—no leadership, no accountability, no service. Honestly, this was the most miserable, pathetic excuse for customer service I’ve ever experienced. Save yourself the headache and never step foot in this place.

Horrible customer service at this location! They over charged me on return. I had proof of my rate but they said couldn’t do anything about it. Don’t rent from here!

I received exemplary service from Kiki during my recent experience. Upon nearing the facility, I contacted her to request transportation from the body shop, and she promptly arranged for a driver. From my arrival, I was greeted with exceptional service by Kiki, and I enjoyed a pleasant interaction with the manager, John. I initially was unaware that I had ordered an electric vehicle; however, Kiki efficiently accommodated my request for a standard car for three days. Kiki demonstrated extensive knowledge, professionalism, politeness, and a delightful sense of humor. Additionally, I noticed her beautifully styled hair, and she kindly referred me to her stylist. Overall, my experience was positive, and despite some negative reviews online, I found the office to be of high quality with commendable personnel.

UPDATING MY REVIEW: 6 MONTHS LATER AND THEY’RE TRYING TO CHARGE MY BF’S CARD AGAIN FOR THIS SAME TRANSACTION!!!! YOU ALREADY CHARGED US!!!! WHY ARE YOU CHARGING US AGAIN FOR SOMETHING WE NEVER AGREED TO!!!! Never ever ever trust hertz with your card information! They WILL charge you for no reason! now that’s $1400 they’ve charged us for absolutely no reason!!!
DO NOT USE HERTZ!!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!! back in June, Honda rented my bf a car through Hertz concord, everything was good while we had the car, Honda was supposed to pay for my rental but APPARENTLY hertz “messed up that part” and charged my boyfriend SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS. When we called to complain about it they were extremely apologetic and refunded me my money within two days. THEN TWO DAYS LATER, THEY CHARGE MY BOYFRIEND’S CARD AGAIN! When we tried to call again, they said they would have it fixed. That was in August. It is now the middle of December and they still have not refunded my boyfriend his $700 and now they are telling us we have to take legal action if we want our money back… I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING HERTZ! WORSE COMPANY EVER!!

Had a confirmed paid reservation with paid insurance and everything and when I went to pick out vehicle, after waiting 30 minutes at the lobby, they told they did not have the truck cause they rented too many off them. They did not offer any solutions or alternatives, they just bluntly told me they are unable to. I was dropped at this location and I did not have a ride back so had to wait for someone to pick me up. Please avoid this location, they have terrible customer service. Staff is rude and slow. NEVER AGAIN. Come on people is 2025, age of AI, get your crap together, don’t bite more than you can chew. UNBELIEVABLE

I had a Reservation at 4 pm today at hertz in concord monument first of all when I arrived there was no cars in there lot then I went to the office there was a black dude whit bald 🧑🦲 head he was very rude and disrespectful I ask him what’s up men I had a Reservation for today so where is my rental car that I was here to pick up then he said there is no cars available today i ask him again I was like how come cuz I had the Reservation for today at 4 ok then he said it is what it is I got so disappointed 😔 because I paid to uber $ 60 Round trip form my packet never 👎 again IM Renting cars from then

Generally, car rental customer service can be questionable. But this particular location, the service counter employees were very pleasant to deal with. Nice clear voice, no attitude, and actually hoding a conversation. Location is small, but I enjoyed my experience.

Reserved an electric car a week in advance for a roadtrip but arrived to find they had no electrics, hybrids or comparable mpg cars.
Things happen but no one reaching out in advance or trying to check for another option, other location to go to, or any sort of solution obviously should not.

We rented an EV car for just over a month. When we picked it up we had a choice of two. Both were dirty and the one we chose had about 40% charge.
Price was good though, I felt we got a good deal.
One negative was two weeks afterwards we got a tolls bill for $49 with an added service charge of $59 which in our opinion is just completely wrong.
Won't go back for that reason. Last time we rented with Enterprise and we were just responsible for the amount of the tolls, no bogus add on service charge.
