I feel badly about writing this review. I'm rarely disappointed but feel I have the responsibility to warn others. Both Vanessa and Javier are nice but the company is not honest. Because my car was in the shop 1.5 blocks away at Kee's Auto Body (excellent!!!), I used Hertz. Both Vanessa and Javier, on separate occasions, said policy was to pick up the rental at Kee's when the car was repaired. On the day of my contracted car rental return, I notified Hertz, Concord in the morning of the car rental return, left the rental car at Kee's in the afternoon and drove off in my car. I got 3 monthly bills later from Hertz claiming the the car was returned 3 days late. After each bill, I called Hertz. Each Hertz representative agreed the extra billing was wrong and that the problem would be resolved. Nothing happened because I continued to get bills. A collection agency contacted me. I very very very frustrated.

The worst customer service of all the Hertz I’ve been to, decided to give them a 3rd chance after a couple of years not using their services and they are still the worst Hertz service out there.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We flew in via jet suite, made a car reservation over a month ago, when we arrived the car was not ready. Car needed to be washed and gassed up. The individual we dealt with had terrible attitude and told us if we didn't like it to go somewhere else. We rent cars all the time for business and NEVER have we dealt with such unprofessional behavior. This location is absolutely horrendous. If a reservation is made the car should be ready to go at the time stated. Additionally, the last thing we should be subjected to is attitude from an employee who is not only incapable of being kind when I asked if there was another class of car ready but also tells me if I don't like it go someplace else. Oh! And they couldn't find the gas card to fill up the gas tank. Unbelievable!!!

Brittany and the entire team were so kind and reassuring. They held the car I requested until I could pick it up and made the whole rental process a breeze. The car was clean and in excellent condition. Great, friendly customer service!

I reserved a car for Friday June 7 and was assured a car would be available. When I arrived to get the car I was told there were no cars available.
