Location is great, had sewage smell in my room and was told they did not have anymore king rooms left and was sent to room with 2 double beds, ran into another guest while I was transferring rooms with same issue who just was coming back from front desk with room next tome which was a king, how did one guest get one after I asked? Food was not the best, tri-tip was so dry and dead I could not chew it. Breakfast was not desirable, coffee was great.

This hasn’t been my best stay at a Hilton. I have been here 3 nights of a 10 night stay. No laundry service on a 10 day business trip is rough. I expected a Hilton would at least have that. My first day here no DND sign and housekeeping opened the room while I was sleeping. The staff has been nice enough not overly going out of their way. The next 7 days are going to be pretty long considering there are the bare minimum of amenities and the restaurant menu and prices are that of a much nicer hotel. I have stayed at nicer Hampton Inns and I kind of wish that’s what I booked after seeing this place. The stars are a reflection of low value for the cost of the room.Food & drinks: Food was not good. I had a really dry cheeseburger my first night and a disappointing spicy Thai salad the second night. The snack area by the front desk was poorly stocked and you could not charge it to the room as the hotel has outsourced that to another vendor.

Everything is fantastic about this hotel! We had no complaints! Plenty of restaurants and shopping across the street. no need to drive anywhere. Even a Denny's on the corner within walking distance.Rooms: Great rooms! super clean!Nearby activities: Plenty of activities across the streetA

Went to a Luncheon. One of my guests salad had to be sent back because it had hair in it. No hair nets being worn. What a way to loose your appetite.

hated this hotel. way too expensive for a two bedroom room. also, i threw up in their lobby and in their flowers and my toe bled beside their hot tub and they didn't clean the blood until two whole days later. only thing i liked was the shower and the pool but the shower was still mostly cold half of the time.

This was a great hote.l They are autism friendly too. The bed was soft. It was quiet. My son has a white noise machine to use and could have had weighted blanket, if he needed it.I recommended this

Verry nice, and comfortable. Verry accommodating. We had 2 adults and 2 children. They gave us a delicious complimentary breakfast, and aloud us to split our plates umugst us. They even gave the kids an extra pancake because that plate came with 3 pancakes. Great service with tons of smiles.

The positives,1. great location. Very central lots to do around. The negatives1. Rooms have fridge, no microwave2. They put a Hilton TV app on the TV. this has "live TV". Selecting a channel just presents a black screen and does not play the channel. They have "netflix" no account signed in. AKA, the TV's have no functional channels or apps. They are a paper weight.3. Desks have glass covers. Makes it so optical mouses don't work, bring a mouse pad if you need to use a laptop.

Room was clean however, there's no place to hang your clothes in Rm #420 in a closet or in the meager space recommended without your garments touching the floor.

I was there in April 2016 and gave a training session for IT people from the Valley. Everything was perfectly organized by the hotel. Very good cuisine and super friendly and helpful
