This just happened today @13:58 pm Cashier 02417268 , first I was the one who said Hi when we were about to pay. Although I'll give her credit for asking if we found everything alright. She asked if we have a phone no. on file & I entered it then she said it's not on file & she didn't ask for another number we want to try. She finished processing my purchase & when my husband heard the shirt was $30 my husband said "oh please cancel it we're just taking the boxers." The paper bag with the items fell behind the counter , my husband said sorry. She picked up the bag remove the shirt that we want to cancel from the purchase & slammed the bag in front of us. Obviously she was annoyed that she has to reverse the sale. I remained my calm & said thank you to her. On my way home I kept thinking about the incident & still feel bad about it. To whoever is managing that place please talk to your employees/ customers will forget what they were told but they will remember forever how your employee made them feel. I am also in customer service & I know how we should treat clients & customers. If you want your store to remain open please do something about this.

I visit this store almost on a weekly basis to pick up my niece, so thought I could give it a review. It's located on the upper floor, right behind the elevator so the location is very convenient. Collection and style: a few years ago, it was a great choice, but now the items look too similar and are too expensive, especially when there is Uniqlo in the same mall where you can find much higher quality clothes for a more affordable price. Services: The store itself is clean and well-kept, and the employees are nice. I notice a lot of students working part-time throughout the summer, so they may have missed or misunderstood your question. As long as they're willing to check and get back to us, I'm fine with that. I only go here if I can't find what I'm searching for elsewhere, and that's generally jeans. One thing to keep in mind: Don't use curbside pickup (or at least right now). Their system does not handle it very well. I used it once and had to walk to the store after waiting 30 minutes for a curbside, so I know how slow their system is. No one called to let me know that they missed the order when it appeared on the system.

My husband and I went to go look around on their sales and my husband helped me on finding my size since unfortunately no one around the Jean section didn’t ask to help me out ... the jeans were located on a section where as they were supposed to be $19.99 sale of course “Good Deal “ . Was about to go pay and it was showed as regular price, my husband told the register girl that they jeans were on sale as $19.99 . My husband leads the lady to where we got it from and came back and was telling I guess manager to change the price that the jeans are on sale , oddly enough the manager said that those jeans are missed placed how the hell is it miss placed if the same jeans are in a spot where is for sale !!! I would understand if it was only the Jeans I got but , no it’s a whole stack of the same jeans on the sale section. Management didn’t wanted to go to the back to see where the missed placed jeans were.

This review is for their online ordering. In a word, it SUCKS! Site keeps populating fields with their own text, ignoring what you enter. Took three tries to get the order right. Submitted using Pay Pal. 24 hours later I got an automated response that the order was cancelled. No explanation. 30 minutes on the phone with "support" (hah) and the poor kid on the other end couldn't anwer one question...not one basic question. Finally kicked it up to supervisor which answered with voicemail. Several hours later got an automated email saying the order was cancelled. Still no explanation. Pretty much everyone else has this online ordering figured out. Not Hollister. Stay away. Too many other choices.

Worst customer service ever. While I was in line some teenagers decided to make their own line and the employees sided with them and sent myself and others to the back of the line. Will not return worst employees ever, they need to be educated.

I particularly love shopping here because of the wonderful customer service, the young sales woman Brenda is so helpful and makes us feel like coming back every time. Can't wait to shop again!
