This location is strange, terrible, I hate going here. Not a lot of (I can't think of any right now) businesses that I hate going to, and I love Home Depot, but hate this one location. I'm a contractor, at at Home Depot's several times a week, often multiple times in a day, spend thousands there monthly. I've been to between 50-100 different Home Depot's and this is the only location I've seen that decided to jump outside of the box and make a completely different layout (with some aisles perpendicular, creating a convoluted maze instead of having the easy and straightforward aisle accessibility that ALL of the other Home Depot's have). Plus checkout is ridiculously slow, this location is just a time sink. It's definitely not for pros at all, maybe browsing shoppers that like to have all of the shiny fixtures presented to them first like it, but this location is not at all for working people / pros. Saves time to drive to the Martinez location (which is just a regular old, dependable and predictable Home Depot) instead.

This is by far the worse of the worst! I have had at least 3 encounters with employees and I was treated with utmost disrespect. I have spent so much money as a Pro account holder and they treat customers like piece of crap. Tonight a recent encounter with Omar - left me so disgusted. he was so rude even the people in the line had to shake their heads as he treated me rudely. Management should invest on classes how to treat customers- without customers you won't stay open. I'm putting a 1 star because there's no 0

I wasn't expecting to review Home Depot. But my last interaction I just wanted to share as it really was amazing. Customer service on multiple levels. It had been sometimes since I use my Home Depot card and that was not an option while I was shopping online. I did reach out to the customer service line and the gentleman was very helpful pleasant Was able to find me easily and we had a wonderful discussion. I added a fairly significantly priced item to my order at that time mainly because I just felt comfortable. Customer Service on the phone call was above and beyond. Now I had set both of my orders it had to be split, because the large one was coming from a different warehouse For delivery. A smaller order of some galvanized roofing material and a couple other things I set up for delivery. It was easy it was very inexpensive and it was at my house before I woke up look I've got access to trucks if I ask, I do have a utility trailer. It's kind of a pain in the you know what to hook up and get down there and get back home absolutely, wonderful experience with that delivery now I am able to jump to work first thing this morning with everything that I need. I will continue to shop at Home Depot. Thank you for the great service.

Staff turnover here is very high. Never see the same face from one visit to the next. I also notice that product supply is an issue with empty bays.

Went to Home Depot to buy a kitchen faucet and was going to try to install it myself, not knowing anything about installing a faucet but was going to give it a shot. However, asked how much it was to install using Home Depot. The price was very reasonable. so had them install. They arrived a couple hours later and did a great job installing my faucet. They had to install new on and off valves so there's just no way I could have done it myself. So worth the price. Job well done.

Waited for almost an hour for help getting into a cage for a battery. I asked 3 different employees who said they would be back and I never saw them again. When I finally did find someone the told me the aisle I needed and the stopped fallowing me half way there. I ended up leaving

I came here because of the recent positive reviews, and although I had a very good experience with one employee here who assisted me in getting a drill, it took over 20 minutes to get a pressure washer because only two employees knew the code to unlock it, and none of them were anywhere to be found. I had to go to the customer service desk twice and have them call people to unlock it, and it still took that long. When both of them finally arrived (walking together, even though I just needed one), one of them was kind and the other had a dismissive attitude, as if I was bothering her by asking her to unlock the cage so I could get a pressure washer. A Home Depot trip for 5 items should not take 40 minutes.

Seriously this isn't just about the Concord store but my experience in every Home Depot I have been in. You ask for help and you're lucky if someone shows up within two hours of asking. When you try to talk to someone the management and other associates don't care and blow you off. Today I went to Home Depot because I needed plaint and my wife and I are getting a backsplash installed by them. I asked for someone to help, they paged and then no one. I kept being told any minute someone would be there to help. I gave up after a while of waiting and even told an associate about this and why I very rarely ever go to Home Depot and I was told "that's OK". Gee, really that's OK. Maybe you would prefer I never come back? I guess you can care less about customers. Seriously if you have a choice Lowe's or ACE Hardware are the places to go. Home Depot clearly doesn't value customers.

A young female cashier with RED hair asked me for SSN and ID when I wanted to pay my credit card bill with cash. I pay at the store every month and no one has ever asked me for this information. I asked her if it was the new rule and she replied that this is what home depot requires. As a result, I changed to a cashier and the process was very simple and the same as usual. I don't know if the RED hair lady was doing it for credit card fraud or some other reason.

The two star rating this company has, is not a shocker. I was having a leak inside my home, and came in with some questions. No one was helpful. It seemed none of the guys working here had any experience when it came to home improvements. I would say the selection was quite large, but the customer service was seriously lacking. I'm sure I'll return to the store, but I wouldn't rely on any form of help from these people.

5 star because of Victoria in the flooring department. Went in with my wife to look at flooring and she was super helpful. Had a lot of knowledge about the product and took her time with us to look up stair bullnose for the flooring we chose. Appreciate the help! Went in again and was helped out by Eddie in the closet door section. He was super helpful and gave us all the information we needed. Thanks Eddie!

Purchased new washer and dryer online and they looked fine when they arrived but when I went to set up washer (takes 2 people to lift out of shipping base) I noticed a big dent in the side that was hard to see until the light hit it a certain way. I contacted customer service via text and they asked if I wanted a new washer and I said yes and they told me I had to text back on Monday so they could submit claim. When I texted on Monday they said oh sorry the previous person didn't notice you called after the 48 hour window that you must report damage. I went to the store to speak with a manager and got shuffled to finally have to call the manager who took 2 days to get back to me. She said there was nothing they can do. I took a picture when they arrived and although I didn't notice the dent until later, you can see the dent in the picture I had taken at time of delivery so it's obvious it came damaged. It also has no scratches and appears it either was dropped on its top or something heavy was on top of it. I can't believe I spent $750 on a washer that arrived damaged and no one will make it right. And I didn't mention, the dryer doesn't turn on so LG has to come out ands replace the circuit board. I'm not rich, this was a big purchase that I feel I was completely robbed on. It has a one year warranty if something goes wrong but you have almost no time to completely inspect your brand new boxed machines that you've never used if they come damaged. I'm shocked a company the size of Home Depot won't stand behind what they sell. They've lost a customer for life.

Today we needed some blinds cut and were waiting for quite some time along with two other people. Stephen found us and although he could not cut them himself he stayed nearby, spoke with other associates, and made several announcements to help us. We were very grateful to him and credit him with managing to finally get someone over after an over 20min wait. With his help, we had 3 people arrive and we were on our way to checkout within a minute.
