The store also features a new beauty concept, JCPenney Beauty, offering skincare, makeup, and beauty deals from big-name brands like Covergirl, e.l.f., and Black-owned brands through Thirteen Lune. Customers have had mixed experiences at JCPenney. While some have praised the great services, patient and helpful staff, and enjoyable portrait sessions, others have been disappointed by the limited selection, especially in the Women's Plus Size department, and the disorganized displays and lack of signage in the Intimates department. However, the majority of customers have found the staff to be friendly and attentive, and the sale prices to be great, despite the need for a store credit card to receive better discounts. Overall, JCPenney continues to offer a wide range of national brands, such as Adidas and Levi's, along with its private brands, providing customers with a variety of options for their apparel and home furnishing needs.
This is one of my wife's favorite stores to shop at, she can be in there for hours.

Love coming to Sunvalley mall to go to JCPenney, as well as one of the last surviving Sears stores. Sadly, my local mall (SF Centre) is a ghosttown and all the JCPenney's in the peninsula have closed. Hope they can make a comeback in the future. The other stores here just aren't the same.
