yesterday around 12-1 pm I came in and nobody greeted me except a really kind girl with curly hair up in a bun. she offered if we needed anything to let her know. as I am grabbing some uggs to ask for a size a girl from across the store rushes her way over so she can ‘help’ when clearly when we walked in her and about 4 other girls didnt even bother to welcome us in. i felt extremely bad because the lind lady that did welcome us in was just left standing looking at me as i was just about to hand them to her. I then ask for a size and this tall skinny girl wants me to get women size when I asked for me. I understand you can wear both but if I asked for men size, I want men size. I tell her I want the men size because I always get that size and I already have these uggs I’m just getting a diffrent color now, she keeps insisting I get women size when I’ve already said no multipleee times and she even tries to day women size uggs are cheaper than men, which is not true, they were the exact same price lol. she then bring me a size I didnt ask for because one of the shoes was a gift so I asked for them in MEN size. She brought them out in women size and thats when I was fed up because she wasnt listening and clearly was just for commission.. I kindly said I didnt want anything anymore. As shes walking away im still in the store because my family is trying on shoes and waiting for the kind lady with the bun to come back with a size, as I look up I see the girl that was offering me sizes I didnt ask for, talking to her conworkers, they were very unprofessionally talking about how she kept telling me about the sizes and I kept saying no to them, basically complaining about me. They were very obvious and I highly think talking about your customers in front of them is extremely disrespectful let alone unprofessional. thank you to the young lady with the bun tho, super kind.

Really rude teens working here. The guy at the register was really condescending and disrespectful. Strange to encounter this low level of customer service at a store that sells shoes you can buy literally anywhere else. We will never be back.

Their shoes come dirty!! Plus, very rude teens working here, disrespecting and laughing at my disable 4 year old for dancing to a dance called "The griddy"... I will NOT be back.

I went into Journeys And was immediately greeted by the team. Thankfully Kayanna came up to me and asked me if I needed any help finding anything specific. And was very urgent in going to get the shoes that I was hoping they had. When they didn't have the shoes in my size that I was looking for Eric offered to order them for me online and ship them my house for the same price I would pay in store. Amazing experience will definitely be back again, I loved al the options Kayanna brought out for me but ultimately came in for a specific style.

The customer service is amazing here as soon as I walked in, everyone greeted me and made sure that I walked out with everything I needed. I went in and bought a shirt and shoes. Everyone was so attentive. It was a great experience. Thank you so much.

This Journeys team is really good at creating a great and amazing environment for the customers. They're really good at caring for the people and their needs. When I went in to the store, the store manager Chelsea was quick to ask if I needed help with anything and was very helpful when it came to Doc Martens.

Went shopping for some work shoes. I really wanted Filas and didn't think they would have them. But they did Quinci greeted me as soon as I came through the door. She asked me if she could help me. Very helpful and friendly Nevaeh also was helping they did a fantastic job. I purchased a pair of shoes. I definitely will go back .

DO NOT WORK/SHOP HERE!!! I worked at Journeys for about two months and they fired me for calling in sick during a pandemic! They really expected me to go in and possibly get high risk people sick. The manager chooses favorites and schedules them the most leaving others with two, 4 hour shifts a week and was always forcing me to annoy the living hell out of people to get them to buy more things when they obviously weren’t interested. Literally work or shop anywhere else.
