I set an appt here at least two weeks prior. I went in and was turned away because my appt (10:45) would supposedly push into their closing time (noon), due to it being an hour long. We were told we could go instead to the LabCorp on Treat Blvd. No accomodation, no offering to call them for us. If they couldn't keep the appt because it would be too long, why even book it then? We went to the other location and guess what, we were done in just under an hour. It really threw off our day, as my husband and I had errands to run and we had to push everything back. Would not recommend, use other LabCorp offices if possible

When you enter the room for your blood draw, and you have multiple tubes that need to be filled, be sure to request a butterfly needle be used. LabCorp as a corporation rations the amount of butterfly needles, they give to each site which is cruel. Do not allow them to poke you with a straight needle and proceeded to move the needle around in your arm the entire time they are filling up multiple tubes. It is unnecessarily painful and can be avoided.

A simple question was asked if they received a fax for a lab work ordered by my doctor before I go in. We had several bad experiences before where the fax was not entered in the system. No help. The supervisor was rude and unprofessional.

I have never had a complaint when I have been to this labcor location - the receptionist was cheerful and the technician hit the vein first time as usual - for some where you go and expect the worst these people make it so much better!!!

Sonia at the front desk has always been happy and pleasant whenever I’ve gone there. She used to be at the 2700 Grant St location but that office was closed.

If you're reading this, YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT. You may not get in if you don't have an appointment. I thankfully got here right at the opening and they graciously let me in. So thank you to the staff here. But if I had come in any later I doubt I would have gotten in. I had to fast for my blood testing and also this weird breath test thing I had to do. I didn't wake up and not drink even a drop of water or brush my teeth for nothing. So yes I am very thankful they let me in. Blood tests are fast. The breath test took some waiting of certain amounts of time pre and post drinking of a special drink you have to drink. Its was really easy and streamed lined and I was out very fast. I have to come back for further follow up testing and yes, I made an appointment.

Terrible experience here with the woman at the front desk. I understand that being busy is stressful, but employees need to act in a professional manner. She is unnecessarily rude and likes to yell. She absolutely needs more customer service training. Avoid this location if at all possible.

This place and the workers are about as BAD AS IT GETS! Rude, unhelpful and more worried about going home then taking care of a patient. When I came in I was told I had to wait eve though the girl was doing absolutely nothing. I waited and then asked for help and I just got the run around so I left.

The customer service is terrible. They ask you to pay for labs in advance, do not provide you with a receipt and quickly usher you in and out without answering any questions. The entire process Makes me question the competence of the team and labs. I would go somewhere else.

Lady working in the front was extremely rude. My child needed to use the restroom and she snapped at my kid saying everyone has a problem and hers isn’t more important than anyone else’s, made my kid cry. I am in the process of reporting this staff to their corporate. She definitely deserves to lose her job !

I went to this location twice. The staff lady up front she's very nice and they get you in and out quick even if no appt needed. I saw Arie (not sure her spelling) she's a short Latina lady very nice she only poked me once and was able to find a vein. Highly recommend this location.

I have an irrational fear of getting my blood drawn at 27 years old and I have to get it done regularly due to medication I'm on. Two weeks ago I went to a Labcorp not even a mile away and got poked multiple times and she couldn't get it so I had to leave while crying. Today I got Ari and when I told her about my fear she turned around and made eye contact with me and asked me how she could help me through it. I almost cried. She was so fast and sweet and I will be requesting her moving forward even if it will be a longer wait. I also want to add the woman working the front desk was super sweet as well

As I sit here writing this review, I have been waiting for my name to be called. I've been sitting in the hallway for the past 50 mins with about 30 other people waiting (also there's very limited seating). Longest wait time ever just for a blood draw & you'll never receive a text message to inform you that you're ready to be seen. Don't book an appointment for this location unless you have an extreme amount of time to kill!
