Our washing machine decided to die on a Wednesday, following my husband returning from a trip. We had multiple towels, wash cloths and all the regular day to day clothes, including what he'd worn while being out of town. The washer can't be repaired for a couple of weeks so we needed a solution.
Big Wave Laundromat offers Wash and Fold services by the pound. We took in everything we had before 10am on the Thursday and they had it washed, folded and packed in a plastic bag in the hamper we brought it in with before 2pm. They even used our laundry detergent that we brought with it.
I will absolutely be coming back until our washing machine is fixed and cannot say enough on how their professional service saved us in this situation!”

“I went late at night, it was after 10:30pm when I started 3 loads,one being in 1 of the largest size capacity machines,which cost under $11.00 and the other two in a medium machine at four dollars each. 25 minutes in two dryers with the 3 loads divided with more than half being bedding blankets and a sleeping bag,but still giving ample space for more if needed.
I finished up at 11:59pm,as their hours, which indicated they were closing at midnight. The owner had just left after removing all coins from machines and consulting the on duty attendant,who mentioned I need not rush,they stay open all night. And with that,she left and got in her vehicle and drove off as I'm walking out to my car with the rest of my laundry. Lights were on, and the door remained unlocked. I DID have one load still to wash,but I had already folded and packed up, and it was already on the other side of midnight, and I left feeling okay putting off the last load for another day.
The place was clean,is rather small with about 20 washers and a dozen dryers (which worked great), and is efficient for my needs. NO Restroom to my knowledge, and the laundry soap vending machine was iffy,but their double bill (up to $20) and coin machine worked great. The twenty dispensed back four $5s.
I got out of there spending under $21.00.”
“Lots of machines of all sizes. Mothers come with their young children. Not very clean on the floor but the machines are clean. There are large baskets on wheels for emptying the machines, tables for folding laundry. We went there twice during our stay in Concord.”

“I am long overdue on my review of this facility.
I came here as i was late getting out to do my laundry and they are open the latest in the area. I was reluctant at first as it is in an area where nothing else is open. I was so relieved to find it is so clean and the other patrons wer very friendly, also relieved as my washer did not work, frustrated i called the number that was posted, fully expecting nothing to happen as it was late and previous experience was no one reponds to calls at the laundromats. Right away i got a call back they told me to take my laundry out and put it in a certain washer and they would start it for
me, they could see which washer was open! I was amazed, they are hands on and want to make sure customers have a great experience at their facility
I definitely will go back if need be. This has proven to be a clean, safe, secure environment and my clothes for clean. Word of caution they close at 11:00 pm everything automatically shuts OFF at 11:00 pm”
