Inverter went out. It was under warranty but the original installer was out of business (I wouldn't have called them anyway). Chad knew exactly what to do, sent George to install and then Chad set up the communication. Kept appointments and did a great job. You do pay a little bit for this sort of expertise.

We used Liberty Bay Solar with Chad Garnon. They did our roof, too. Very nice to work with and they did a great job. We just had the panels installed before the day of darkness. Chad even came over today to clean the ashes off for us. We highly recommend them!!

Chad and Louis did a great job swapping out an inverter for me. I wanted to upgrade to a Sunny Boy inverter that gave us power when our grid connected solar system when down due to PGE outages. Chad helped review my initial questions about compatibility over email and then was very prompt once we were ready for the install.
