Try to get some hats made for my job. They said they could do it 2 1/2 months later they said they couldn’t do it. I paid 140 bucks talk to managers at stores. They never called me. I called them bad business do not get anything from lids in Concord And the manager. There is very unprofessional signed never again. they really don’t deserve the one star manager named Dustin is rude, unprofessional, and a liar………!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience man. Spent almost $100 in a hat purchase with embroidery. The logo was made at a different Lids, but were made with assets that lids already has. My embroidery did not come out clean and was very wonky. To my surprise, these guys did not want to do anything about it. Extra thread around the font, it’s slanted and wavy. Also, when the counter FaceTimed their embroidery person, she said “WTF is that” after viewing my requested logo. Very rude and over confident. Manager or assistant manager, said “we tried to reproduce and that’s how it came out, either we pull out the stitches or that’s it, nothing wakes we can do”. What tipped it over for me was that the explanation for messed up text was… trying to reproduce it… bro, it’s text you guys already have. That’s not a design problem. That’s a skill issue. And that shouldn’t be my fault. After asking about my option, the assistant manager drew the line with me and said “you don’t understand, if you don’t like it, have Modesto do it for you.” Seeking a resolution to this Lids… thanks.

I Walked in with a question and i was immediately met with suspension. The "Person in charge" never even looked at me in the eyes. The good sir just kept walking away from me while explaining the policy. Very unprofessional and unapproachable personal. Lids customer service is dead. As i walked out , i looked at the kind fella in charged and said " thank you" and waived. No acknowledge or response. Good bye big hat corp and hello ma and pa hat shop down the hall.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dustin is the most unprofessional manager I've EVER ran into. He's very unprofessional and the way he speaks to his customers is outrageous. I wasn't greeted, the store was a mess. I reached out to another store in Livermore to get someone above him information since he refused to give me a corporate number or pass my information over to a district manager. If you read other reviews clearly this is a pattern with him and people above him refuse to do anything about it. Steer clear of this location if you can it's not worth the headache.

The manager Dustin refused to give me a refund on my item even with a receipt that says I have 30 days to get a full refund, it has only been 4 days since my purchase. He is a lair and terrible employe.

Witnessed the fat dude working cashier yell at a dad and his 2 year old because his toddler wasn't wearing a mask. They don't give customer service but love to yell at customers apparently... not going to support a store like this..
