Had such a great experience at MAC! The team was super friendly and helpful from the start, and the whole vibe was really welcoming.
I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years, and they never disappoint. The service is always consistent, and everyone really knows their stuff.
Huge shoutout to Zurina. She’s an amazing makeup artist! She totally understood what I was going for and made me feel so comfortable throughout. The final look was exactly what I wanted (if not better!).

I had a wonderful experience over the phone with Zunira. I had been shopping all day with my teenagers and I was exhausted. I did not want to step inside of another store. I called and asked her for help with paint pots. She asked me questions on my skin tones and what I wanted it for. I ended up picking two online. I really enjoyed Zunira’s energy and her eagerness to help me. Thank you for helping an overwhelmed Mom.

Kathleen is absolutely wonderful! I went in hoping for some help with foundation and eye makeup and left with renewed confidence and a beautiful new makeup routine. She patiently showed me every step that she was doing and answered every question I had. She chose such beautiful colors and products. I will definitely be back!

I’ve visited this location three times, hoping for a better experience each time, but unfortunately, it’s been consistently disappointing. Each visit has left me disappointed due to the lack of attentiveness from the staff. Many of the employees seem more focused on their phones than on helping customers find makeup.
I’ve never had similar experiences at other Mac locations, so it’s clear that this branch is in dire need of a revamp—especially in terms of customer service. I believe some fresh talent and more engaged artists could really transform the atmosphere.
I hope to see improvements in the future, as I genuinely love Mac products but can’t justify returning to a location where I feel ignored, it’s simply not how other Mac locations go about business.

The two black girls that work in there are very rude and sassy
One of the girls said "she doesn't do makeup for customer because customers do not pay them enough "and the other girl was sitting back on her phone looking lost.However ,I always get my make up done. What is the point of working here they and don't do make up just sit there on there phone w stank attitudes

I am so happy with my purchase ?Shoutout to Mak for helping me shop for everything that I needed to revamp my makeup kit. ?? The swatched demonstrations with the FIX+ setting spray enhanced the opacities and longevity of each product it was applied to ?. I am definitely looking for to visiting again soon to add to my collection.

Recently shopped here and Renee couldn’t have been more helpful. We were looking for several different MAC products for our figure skating team and she went above and beyond in getting us what we needed. If you need to go to the MAC counter be sure to look for her !

I walked into the store right before closing and Mak helped me out!! She was so amazing! She matched my color to me and gave me the perfect foundation exactly what I was looking for and I'm so happy with my makeup!

Come here very often. Both of the two black females are always the most kind to me. The taller Asian female is very knowledgeable on everything. Wish I knew their names hate to identify by their race…. The shortest girl (looks Latina) is very rude and useless, but other than that love coming here.

Gabby was literally the sweetest! I called prior because i had misplaced my Max Pro card and gabby reassured me there were other ways to come up with the card! Ended up grabbing a virtual one from the Mac Pro App! Then in store when I was shopping she was so helpful and so friendly! Reassured me and showed me new products since I've been out of the beauty industry for a while! My whole shopping experience was amazing! I can't wait to come back Thank you so much for helping me!

I have been trying to find a way to stop my eye makeup from smudging throughout the day. Patrick helped me find a good primer that doesn't irritate my sensitive skin and it works really well! Thank you very much Patrick! My eyeliner still looks awesome after many hours of wear :)
