I bring my car here for service. The staff is always nice, there is no waiting and this time they gave me a rental car for the day, so I didn't have to take a day off from work.

I would give ZERO STARS if I could. SCAM is the best word to describe Mini Concord. I have never given a review before but this has been absolutely one of the worst experiences. I was forced to pay over $700 to fix a temperature sensor after a $200 estimate. They claimed they did not know what the problem was even though we established it FROM THE BEGINNING. Mini Concord kept my car for THREE DAYS, did not give me a loner car, and initially refused to even offer me a ride home. AFTER THREE DAYS the temperature sensor was STILL WRONG, reading the temperature 13 degrees off! I immediately brought the car back and was told if I wanted Mini Concord to recalibrate it (to finish the job I paid $700+ for!) I would have to wait ANOTHER DAY. This entire experience was absolutely ridiculous. Mini Concord is a complete a waste of time and money. For a bonus, staff had rude attitudes and bad service. Hope you never have to go here.

Scheduled appointment to see a mini but, when I arrived I was informed there had been a recall. No prior notice was given to me and no further help was provided. Just "there's no cars and we do not know when they'll be available... Have a nice day"

I've been here twice so far to service my mini and each time they were great. Check in process was so easy and the tech was super nice. Also they give you a really detailed report and give you a video inspection and communication on when my car would be ready for pick up was great. I've never experienced that before at any other place I've been to get my car serviced.

I bought a used 2015 Mini Cooper there several months ago. Less than 3000 miles later and brakes need replacing, also found motor mounts broken, control arm bushings bad. Evidently the only thing done to vehicle before selling was a oil change. Now I know why they pushed a service contract so hard, the finance guy seemed shocked that I didn’t buy the contract, probably realized they don’t do any needed repairs to the cars just sell service contract to cover repairs at later date. Be cautious of any used car purchased here, I recommend taking it to another shop before purchase to have checked out. Remember, buyer beware, which is good advice when purchasing a used vehicle at Mini of Concord.

Our Mini is well out of warranty, but we needed some relatively minor repairs and they seemed to be the only mechanics willing to tackle the issue. Was totally shocked to learn they want $264.00 to just look at EACH issue. For us that would be around $800 dollars BEFORE they fix anything! That is flat-out usurious. I would seriously recommend AVOIDING these people altogether (if your vehicle is out of warranty) .

Had my 2021 Countryman serviced here in Nov 2022 and the service rep, Jacob was amazing. However, Repair tech removed my OBD-II Bluetooth dongle and I never received it back despite me sending queries via the Customer Service text message number. I also got a loaner vehicle and when I asked about FasTrak tolls, the service desk informed me that I would just be forwarded the bill. Fast forward to Apr 2023, and the first thing that I received about the transaction was a notice of toll evasion for the one instance ($7 toll plus $5 penalty) plus three others logged two weeks AFTER I returned the loaner. $7 toll is now a $48 toll evasion dispute with Bay Area FasTrak. That’s not very good customer service in my opinion.

After a great experience with Mark via email and in person, I preordered an electric Mini Cooper and paid a $250 deposit. When the tax law changed, and the Mini was no longer eligible for the $7,500 EV tax credit, buying the car no longer made a lot of sense. After multiple promises that the deposit was refundable, I cancelled the order and expected a prompt response.Nearly six months and many unanswered emails later, I still haven’t received a refund. No one at the dealership apparently has any clue or desire to resolve this. Too much time had passed between the order and cancellation to dispute the charge with Amex.Look elsewhere for your next car purchase.

If you are thinking of buying a mini I HIGHLY recommend Mark from the Mini of Concord. I was a little nervous in purchasing and Mark made sure to explain and let me test drive a few models to see the one I liked best. COULDN’T RECOMMEND him enough. He even came in on his day off for me to pick up the car and carefully detailed all the details and specs. Ask for Mark when you are looking for your mini and you will get top notch service.

The service department is on top of their game. Skyler was very helpful and informative. Mark from the sales team of Mini was an awesome knowledgeable person to talk to about buying a Mini. Definitely will get my business again

Jacob helped me with a routine oil change. Really easy to book the appointment, they call you Lyfts from and back to the dealer. Also fantastic coffee machine/waiting area. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I was promised a car wash and interior vacuum which I did not get. Otherwise clean place with responsive service.

If I could give them a ZERO I would. This is a long overdue review of this place.I made an appt to have my Mini 2014 looked at and to have the Hatchback door latch replaced, I was quoted $1362.00 to replace the latch, also the Gear Shifter Switch needed to be replaced for a $1653.00 cost, they determined that the Lower Timing Cover needed to be replaced for an additional $1,583.00, almost 5K; I refused to pay this, and told them I would pick up my car later on that day except I couldn't, because they had broken through some sort of panel to access the latch/trunk of the Mini, (funny that East Bay Mini didn't have to do that when they inspected the car nor when they ultimately performed the service on it); It took 2 to 3 days for my car to be ready.A week or two after, I noticed that the passenger seat was not working properly as before Mini of Concord 'inspected' the vehicle, the seat wasn't sliding forward by using the handle in the rear top right-hand side of the seat which allows passengers get in and out of the back seat, nor it slide back and forth as before, somehow they must've removed the seat to access the 'trunk' from the inside and did not place the seat back the same way as there is a loose elastic strap with a hook under the seat now. A floor panel cover by the passenger door had been removed and was not screwed back in place. I reached out to Representative Jacob M. and left a message but I never heard back from him or anyone. What a dishonest and horrible way of doing business, I regret not having made the time to post this right after it happened, and for hoping they would be better since I had purchased the car here. I'm not upset about their fees, they have to right to charge whatever they want, I am upset that they damaged my car and more than likely did not want to piece it back together as it once was because I became a loss to them, and only made out of me $250.00 inspection fee or for the hour the spent 'inspecting' (destroying) the vehicle.I hope others avoid this place, is not only expensive but they will wreck your car in the process I suppose if you decide not to move forward with the repairs and/or you are out of warranty.I ended up taking the car back to East Bay Mini in Pleasanton, they replaced the latch for the quoted fee of $495.00.PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE, save yourself money, time, and a headache.Prompt customer service does not translate to good service.
