Michelle and Alma consistently deliver high standards of service for the storage rental. I've used other storage services before, but I know this place stands out for its quality. The units are clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside, and moving equipment is available at every building. I've also noticed that Michelle and Alma are always willing to help — they always answer the phone during operating hours (except when assisting customers on-site) and respond to emails promptly. I truly appreciate their outstanding service. I've been with Mount Diablo Storage for many years, and I love this place.

I can't say enough about how refreshing it was to work with Michelle and the rest of the staff at Mt. Diablo storage. I do reviews when things are great or really bad - they're GRRREAT!
The units are clean and secure and competitively priced.
The front desk staff was always helpful and patient - answered all my questions and showed me as many units as I wanted.

I was with Mt. Diablo Self-Storage for 3 years, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the start, everything was always clean, secure, and well-maintained. The prices were unbeatable, especially considering the top-notch service they provide. The ladies in the front office, Michelle and Alma, were always so kind, friendly, and helpful whenever I had any questions or needed assistance. It's bittersweet to move away, as I’ll definitely miss this place. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable, and welcoming storage facility!

I would like to share my experience with Mount Diablo Self Storage.
For over 15 years I rented storage space for my business and personal use, and at times I had up to three units. They are always clean, professional and especially reachable which wasn’t the case from other companies I’ve used in the past. There’s nothing glamorous about storage, you just need everything to work when you need access and reach someone when you need them. By the way… Manager lives on site.

I have used Mt Diablo Self storage. For many years when I need storage. They have a safe professional ran business. Else I would not return. But I do. No bugs came along while my things were stored here. Which I totally appreciate! No scary people hanging around. I always feel safe going here Even alone. The office staff is amazing and friendly professionally.

We are very happy and pleased with the service provided to us by Michelle. We ended up renting a storage unit after checking around several storage places. Mt. Diablo Storage offered the same as other storages at a much more reasonable price. The customer service is excellent.

Every time I accessed the gate, my code always worked and I never had issues entering or exiting. My units always ended up on the second floor, and I never had any issues with the elevators. It is a very safe and secure location. On the few occasions I needed help, like when I wanted to get a larger unit, Michelle in the office was always available, always courteous, and pleasant.

I have been using Mt Diablo self storage for about 5 years now. I would highly recommend anyone in need of a storage unit to utilize this facility.The location is immaculate and the owners are friendly and very accommodating. The prices are also quite reasonable.
