Highly recommend OMS for any office machine needs. We have been using OMS for years now and hands down Dave is the very best. It’s not often but when a machine does go down it’s incredible how quickly he responds and always finds the time to get to us same day. I don’t know what we would do without him.

The worst service ever. Started a contract and would never show up for service when contacted. Simply answering the calls is too difficult to do for them. The only time they had someone ever come out was to look at our broken printer they provided. Nothing ever got fixed we have been waiting weeks for someone to come out.

OMS was absolutely incredible! I submitted a request for service and withing 10 minutes, they called me and scheduled a service to come out the next day. There was more wrong with our machine than we anticipated but Dave was really professional, informative and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking or needing repairs. thank you again! 5 stars!

I called due to my copier not working right, and Dave arrived at my place of business within a couple of hours. After 30 minutes, everything working great! The new machines out there are junk, I'm THRILLED to have my older, reliable, better built machine back up and running. Thanks Dave. Support local family businesses like OMS, not Amazon or Best Buy.

I must say OMS was a great find! It is very hard to find an honest copy machine guy these days that really know what they are doing. Our digital printer had not been operating for months. I couldn't get any legitimate help from Richo without signing my life away. I tried for months trying to find someone that would even attempt to try to fix our Richo digital printer. Then I met Dave. He is "The Man" After patiently looking over the entire machine and locating the few parts that needed to be replaced, he was able to finally get us up and running again.... Very happy to now have OMS servicing our digital copy machine! Thank God!!

OMS is the best choice. We all know that we need everything "Now!" and the key elements go awry when we need them most. Dave gets that. He is super responsive and honest. I have a unique perspective because I am an IT consultant and have referred him to all my clients. His work reflects directly on me. And I'm pleased to have someone else that I can trust working in my offices. And when the phone rings and I see that it's Dave calling, I answer immediately. I know he's making my life easier.

Dave and OMS are the best choice you could make. He's responsive, honest, and knows how to represent your needs and budget. Myself and my family (though Dad is recently retired!) have utilized OMS and Dave for decades. If I were to choose what I like best is that they really know how to keep your office up and running, and will give you straight answers regarding down-time, repair options, and costs. Thanks Dave!

I walked in off the street with my dorky little home-office multifunction machine, wondering if the staff would even give me the time of day. Dave was courteous, attentive, took the machine immediately, and had it fixed in a few minutes. My faith in humanity is restored.

Dave is professional, friendly and knows his machines! He came and trouble shot an error code I had on my HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M477fnw. He knew exactly what the problem was (the transfer belt), tried a software update to fix the issue before recommending a replacement of the transfer belt (not cheap, but I still had ink in the machine and replacement ink cartridges to replace). So I opted to repair vs purchase a new printer when the software update didn't solve the problem. Dave offered a transfer belt from another like machine, however since it had more use (had printed more pages than my current machine), I just opted to replace it. Dave ordered the part, came back less than a week later, installed it and now it works great! I will definitely use him again the next time I have any printer issues!!
