The Concord office is wonderful, with an amazing staff. Doctors like Dr. Wang take the time to listen and don't rush the appointments. Clinicians like Vanessa Paz provide excellent service, are very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Patients are very happy with the care they have received, finding the clinicians to be very knowledgeable and available. While the staff is always great, some patients have experienced the need for a second, follow-up visit to get the latest COVID vaccine, as local pharmacies offered it. Overall, the experience at One Medical has been very satisfactory.
