First off doing online pickup and having drive up option on the "ready" email should only be there if the phone works. I just went into Concord Petco for a pickup of 2 small Cat items. I went in straight to the register, showed my email confirmation. The cashier checked the cabinet, it wasn't there. She said can someone come unlock some cabinet on a walkie. After about 5min she said I can't be the only 1 working and requested again! So I said, I saw in my email confirmation you have "curbside" but there no stall or parking for it sooooooo? Her response was our phone never works so it's best come in! WHYYYYYYY is it in the email then?!? Come on people make it make sense!! So finally some guy came up, asked my name again as if she didn't provide it. He checked the cabinet looking all over then came bk to me asking my name AGAIN! I said hey if this is too much I'll leave and come back another day! The cashier looked irritated as well as myself. He then checked the same cabinet AGAIN and said oh here it is. I think he left his brain in the back doing whatever took so long to come do his job. First & Last visit!

Get vaccines at the shelter. The vaccines cost nominally over cost if the vaccine itself. But it also turns out Rabies vaccines are a fraud. The vaccine itself is the same shot whether they tell you it's a year or three years. The only difference is what they put on the piece of paper. So if you forget or lose that piece of paper, you have to pay it again even tho it is the same shot. When I expressed my shock at the deception, they refused to vax my cat. Anyway, they charge double what the shelter does for vaccines. Go to the shelter.

They close at 8pm during the week, not 9pm as noted here. I've brought it up to them several times, but still nothing has been done. Pretty terrible to waste people's time like this.

I went to petco to get a few fish to add to my 18 gallon tank , and the guy that was helping people in the fish dept....REFUSED to sell me any fish ....because I had told him ...that one of my current tetra fish at home ....makes me laugh....cause he chasees my other fish in my tank, ....he said he couldn't sell me any fish because my fish at home is aggressive.!!I was shocked.....doesn't Petco want their employees to sell their products/ animals!!I will never shop at PETCO EVER AGAIN !!

I enjoy shopping at the Concord Petco. The store is well stocked and their merchandise is reasonably priced. Additionally, I appreciate the availability of parking at this location. Based on my experience at this store, I will definitely shop at Petco again.

I would like to complement your crew in your Concord branch... Namely... Holland, Christa and Randy... They were all super helpful! They did not hesitate to walk me to the area I needed to go or answer my questions. They were very knowledgeable and were patient. Kudos to such a wonderful group...:)

Be careful of the fish you buy here. They usually have ick, and unless you medicate and quarantine your fish, you shouldn't just place them in your tank.Good selection of food and treats for dogs

We always have to wait 10-20 minutes to have someone help us with crickets. There should be more than 1 person to help the whole store.
