We prefer going to this PetSmart even though there is a petco close to us. They have a huge selection of dog food, toys, collars etc for our golden doodle.
We were actually surprised when their 30 pound bags of puppy chow were cheaper than Walmart! And always in stock.
We can take our dog in with us and she loves going there, especially the treat, chews, and toy aisles!

I walked into the store and was greeted by the most delightful person! Monty (I hope I spelled her name right) was at the register making sure to greet everyone that came in as well as said goodbye on their way out without taking attention off of the people at the cash wrap. She struck up short nice conversations at the register and just made the shopping experience great. Very great experience with her amazing attitude!

Absolute worst PetSmart I have ever been to for the grooming portion. Lazy workers that don’t want to do their job. Can’t give them zero stars so I am forced to give 1.

I wasn't really happy with my experience today. I walk with a cane with a lot of pain. I decided to ask a lady for help since I have a new dog and don't know the store thinking I could get out of the store faster with her guiding me. Unfortunately the lady left me after helping me with my second item. I still had 4 more things I needed help with and no knowledge about. Last time I was there I had the most wonderful lady named Carrie helping me from beginning to end. Now she was fantastic! She should be nominated for employee of the month! Today's experience not so much. I felt horrible being in the store. It wasn't even busy maybe 3 other customers in there.
