Wish I could give NEGATIVE stars.
The location I want to review won't let me leave a review so I'm leaving it here.
4415 treat blvd Concord CA.
I paid for a unit online this afternoon. Husband showed up to claim it NOBODY is there. Spent 45+ minutes waiting out front. Only to find out it's BY APPOINTMENT INLY WHICH THEY NEVER SPECIFIED IN THE EMAIL. not to mention they close access at 6pm. He got trapped inside. I will NEVER USE public storage again at ANY LOCATION. YOU GUYS ARE TRASH.

I reserved the truck and was on my way there I have my interm driver's license.
I spoke with d over the phone who is the manager and was super cool and helpful.
I already posted one review Daniel was not helpful at all they could find a better employee...
I said something about how he was dirty and my last review but before I said that I actually said I was not trying to be harsh or bad on him.
So I will say sorry for saying he smells but I did smell something.
I was not trying to be rude and my other review or this review it's just an honest opinion I feel like everyone has one.
Anyway another place in Concord helped me get my truck I needed and I told them that two other U-Hauls rented to me with the license I had then and I even uploaded it on the app and Daniel still would not rent to me even though the apps that I was good to go...
I am thankful for the other Concord location and if you go to another location look for a man named Josh.
He was super friendly and helpful.
If Daniel from U-Haul reads this I've already said I was not trying to be rude I had to post an honest opinion.
I even showed Daniel if you Google if I could rent a U-Haul with my license I had at that day Google said yes plus I rented from two other locations with the same driver's license I showed Daniel.
Basically he treated me bad...
Again if you're trying to rent a U-Haul in Concord go to the PlayStation pack stuff they also rent U-Hauls and are super friendly.
Josh helped me out. 100%
And the reason why I gave this rating two stars it's because I spoke to the manager d at the other U-Haul place and he was friendly.

I will give this place 4 stars. Didn't spend too much time here but I did notice the rodent problem was NOT a problem.. as the competition that sits a block away.. rodents = non existent at this place. I would definitely rent and refer to friends and family.

Aleksandar was great setting us up with a storage unit and explaining all the terms. Location is very convenient.

Tamy and Dolly have been so helpful! I haven’t needed a storage unit in about ten years so their knowledge and insight was much appreciated. There was some technical issues with my app when first signing up a week ago but they both were so quick to help resolve the issue which was great. A storage unit place in SF I used ten years ago never was so quick to call me back. So this experience is a positive one.

I'm happy to say that not only did I received great customer support from the telephone representative, but I'm also happy to say that the representative at the store who's name is Amanda, made me feel very satisfied with her services and assistance. She's a wonderful person.
