Make sure you empty the storage before the first day of the month. They charged me $493 for full month cause I emptied the storage on the third day of the month!

If you’re looking for a clean, secure place to store your stuff—sure, this Public Storage facility checks all the boxes. But the real reason we made it through our move without falling apart? Her name is Amber.
Amber wasn’t just helpful—she was our guardian angel. From the moment we walked in, she made the entire process of renting storage space feel simple, stress-free, and even kind of enjoyable (which is saying a lot during a hectic move). She anticipated what we needed before we even knew it, answered every question with patience, and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of—every step of the way.
If we hadn’t had Amber's guidance, I genuinely don’t think we would’ve pulled this off. She made it possible. Her dedication shows not just in her care for people, but in the spotless, organized condition of the facility itself. Everything was clean, accessible, and clearly maintained with pride. That’s Amber’s touch.
