Two visits ago, I was told by the Ford dealership that my battery needed to be replaced. I paid $250 to have it replaced. The battery died about six months later. I took it to a competing service station and they replaced it with a brand new battery for much less. On this visit, my Check Engine Light came on. I was told that the diagnostic would take one day. Since we are a single vehicle household, I asked if they could give me a loaner or a rental. They said NO. Most car companies offer loaner vehicles as a courtesy. NOT FORD. The diagnostic took two days, and the repair took one day (to replace an O2 sensor). I paid for a rental vehicle for three days (nearly $300). Additionally, I paid $260 for the diagnostic and $208 for the O2 sensor repair, for a total of nearly $500 to Ford. Most repair shops don't charge you for the diagnostic if you have the vehicle repaired there. NOT FORD. Additionally, when I got my car back, it was dirtier than when I left it. There was dirt and mud on the floor mats, and grease stains on the hood. Most car companies will wash your car as a courtesy before they give it back to you. NOT FORD. In these two visits, I have found my beloved Ford dealership to be less of a value and less of a courtesy than ever before. Sadly, there will not be a third visit by me to my Ford dealership.

I would like to start with I do not expect anything from posting this, it has been several months since I was here. I just wanted to give people a warning when considering taking your car here.
Last year I saw there was a recall for the door latches on my fiesta st. So I decides to bring my car here because I had a great time buying the car at the dealership here and have had a couple things done at this service center over the several years I've had the car.
They tell me it'll be a reasonable time frame, I go home, get a call saying its done. When I come back the doors aren't even closed properly, one of my windows is off the track, and when I point it out the rep was just as surprised as me. I know mistakes happen, I talked to the manager and he apologized and said it'll get fixed so I said sure. I go back home and eventually get a call back saying its fixed.
When I go back the window was fixed but the door handles are very loose and one of the back doors opened but then wouldn't close again. So they say ok we will fix it. I go home and its late in the afternoon so I have to wait till the next day.
The next day I go back and the doors close properly but one of the door handles was damaged, it still worked but it had been damaged. So they tell me they will replace it and it'll take a couple weeks since they have to order the part which is fair, I get that.
A couple weeks later I get a call, I bring it in and they replaced the wrong door handle, luckily they didn't toss the old one and were able to fix it.
At that point I was pretty annoyed, once again I know stuff happens, people aren't perfect, whatever. But what annoyed me was that there was either a lack of communication or just lack of care, or maybe both. I will say the service rep had them fill up my gas which was like 9 or 10 gallons so that was nice. But by that point I just wanted to be done so I said thanks and left.
Over the next couple weeks I noticed there were some scratches to the interior and a couple small trim covers missing, like pieces to cover screw holes. I was annoyed but felt like enough time had passed that they would have just claimed it was fine when I took it. Over time I just lost care over it and moved on.
Fast forward to now where I moved to Oregon and it rains a lot more here. After the first big rain of fall I noticed my car interior was soaked. The drivers door was leaking. I took it to a mechanic and he said its probably the weather seals on the door which it's 10 years old so that made sense, and I got them replaced. Then it rained again and I noticed more water, sure enough water was actually getting in through the door latch on the driver's door, he looked and said there was no gasket, so whoever installed the latches must have forgot the gasket, which the only time a latch was replaced was here for the recall. Also I usually just drive myself so when my mechanic opened the passenger door to check that latch, I found huge dents on the inside of the door which I will post with this review. Obviously now I live in a different state so I can't really take it to them to show, but let this be a warning that this is the kind of experience you can end up with if you bring your car here.

They had the best price on a '22 Kia so we drove down from Sacramento to pick it up. Car was as advertised and service was friendly. However, there was a pretty hard sell on all the extra coverage and managed to give us some pretty expensive tire coverage without me and my wife even realizing that it was optional. During the signing process, we were told multiple times "if you decide you don't want the coverage, you can cancel at any time, no problem," but when we did decide to cancel the coverage, it took multiple calls and emails to get a hold of someone that could cancel it for us and then it took a couple of months to get the refund for the cancelled coverage.

Buyer beware, dishonest financing guys. We went in with a pre-approval from Capital One, they told use we could not use it unless we first completed docs for their in house financing (a lie btw). The promised that once they do the credit search they would tie it to the Capital One pre-approval (another lie). They promised us there would only be 1 single hard credit pull (major lie); they could not beat the Capital One rate with their in-house financing so instead they took is upon themselves without asking our permission first to shop around resulting in 5 hard pulls on our credit record, then they coerced us into another financing with Chase. We were very explicit that we did not want multiple searches on our credit report but they used a lot of high pressure tactics and outright dishonesty to coerce us into this other financing. Buyer beware, dishonest dealer!

My wife purchased my new 2002 F150 at this dealership. Sometime after my purchase, my spare tire mount would lower my spare tire. I went back to dealer & both the service rep & her manager said the warranty was not good because the truck was manufactured in January! It just bought it brand new & they were so ignorant that a warranty takes affect at time of purchase.I wrote a note to the dealer ownership & never heard back.I ended up going to Walnut Creek Ford & they took care of me & my problem! From then on, I only do business with Walnut Creek auto dealerships.Even before I went to Future Ford, I was looking to trade in my old beat up Nissan pickup & it was in bad shape. One of the lot salesmen made a disparing remark how messed up it was. I will not do business with any Concord dealership.

So ive called this dealership twice in the last week to schedule a service appointment and get a quote and both times the woman receptionist took my info and said she would have service call me back. Well, they have NEVER called me back. Its pretty disrespectful to simply not call back a customer. But perhaps they have more business than they need and just dont want my business. If this is the case then why not just say so instead of leaving someone waiting?Just thought id share this awful experience. Either the lady never gives my information to a service rep, or the service rep is too busy gelling their hair to return my call.

First time buying a new car and all the staff here made it an easy and enjoyable experience. Khalid and Abdul were very informative and eager to work with me on a good deal but I never felt an uncomfortable pressure to sign before I was ready which is something I really appreciated. When I said I needed to sleep on it they understood and then were very quick and patient to respond to all my questions over text the next day. I test drove my car Friday night and was driving it off the lot Saturday afternoon. Overall, something that I found to be a daunting task was made to be such a pleasant experience by everyone at Future Ford of Concord.

Ali Alfaraj was the best at helping me get the exact Ford Bronco I wanted. My new ride is topNotch . Upon having it delivered to the dealership, there were a couple things that were different than expected but he made sure and went above and beyond to make evrything come together as expected and made me feel very taken care of! What could have been an unpleasant and frustrating experience turned out to be better than expected. I am very grateful ! Everyone there was extremely professional, friendly and came together to make the right deal possible !I'm thrilled with my new ride! I amTelling my friends and family to look no further when needing help in getting a car! Thanks to the finance guys (alex) and the whole team for staying late to finish things upCorrectly!

I am not sure why they had low reviews. I went in after the 4th of July and met with Abdul & Cristian. They made me feel as though I were family vs. a customer and just trying to make a sale. With only a month in Cristian showed that he is very knowledgeable when it comes to cars and was able to answer every question. Anything he did not know regarding policies or process he admitted and would obtain the correct information. Abdul was very quick and efficient in answering and questions or concerns I had. (The team dynamic was also phenomenal)They listened to my needs and worked hard to try and find something that would work for my currently lifestyle and family needs. Both Abdul and Cristian were tentative & empathetic throughout the whole process to ensure they could find a vehicle that worked for me.Abdul, had friendly & clear communication, honest and to the point (not rude), extremely knowledgeable, and felt as though was around family, clearly calm under pressure (there were a lot of people in and out along with needs from other staff members).Cristian, great listener (was able to advise what cars suited my needs for work/family if they didn't have the one I wanted), communicates efficiently and honestly, knowledgeable, walks you through the features etc. seamlessly and easy to follow. Unfortunately, it was not time for me to get the Lincoln Corsair due to outside circumstances (the next day when I informed them they were also understanding and did not pressure me). Because of those two I will defiantly be coming back when the time is right, they have earned my trust. So far I have been telling everyone that is shopping for new cars to head their way.

Mitch and Callum from the sales department are amazing!!Straight-shooters, honest and very willing to work with you to get you what you want. This is where I take my current truck for services as well, so I've dealt with them for years and have never had an issue. Can you love a car dealership? Seems strange for sure, but if I had to pick one, this would be it!

Sold me a used car that has been in the shop 4 times this first month. They refuse to let me return it. They can't figure out what the problem is but also refuse to make this right. Do not buy a car here. You'll be very sorry.

This is the fourth time I've gone in there when I'm searching for a vehicle. They've never been helpful or friendly or had anything for me to look at previously. Kind of snobby. This time they took me in the little room and said they had some vehicles. Then when I told them that I was from Oregon and would not be paying California state tax, the manager told the salesman to tell me they didn't have anything for me because he thought I was a nutcase. Really? All the other dealerships knew exactly how to deal with it. When I bought a 2020 ram they knew how to deal with it. I found all the trucks to be over priced by a lot each time I went in and that spans the last 10 years. The other thing that tells me they're not doing so well is the floors were shabby and not clean. The little room showed incredible wear and had not been clean for quite a while. Dirt and mud on the floor. Future as a company is pretty good, but that dealership needs some looking at. They could probably make a whole lot more money if they replaced a few people.
