I took 4 winter hats to be dry cleaned . Two of my hats are messed up. One of them is extended that it doesn’t fit my head any longer looks like two side buttons missing. My other hat pleated and the pleats are popping out if alignment. I was charge $38 my first time there. I should had read the reviews before I dropped off. I do not recommend for specialty items

Not what it used to be. Have been a faithful customer for 20 years. Since changing ownership, it's a huge disappointment and waste of money. Been trying to give them multiple opportunities to get it together. Today was the final straw. Had numerous items dry cleaned, only 1 special request. Heavy starch on a button down. Not only did they not follow request, shirt was wrinkled. Photo shows 2 place mats I asked to be pressed. Came back wrinkled and covered in debris?

Horrible service, horrible behavior specially the lady . They took 3 months to drycleaning my husband jacket, they were telling us every week that it wasn't ready finally after the long time they bring the jacket out all ruined my husband ask them what happened to the jacket she was angrily yelling telling my husband he was a liar, she was yelling at me that I was a liar she told us we left the jacket in bad conditions, we really have a bad time and that was very disrespectful both of them specially the lady.

So disappointed. I took a comforter to them to wash. It was in perfect condition. When I opened it to put on my bed, there was 3 straight cuts into the comforter. I fully understand that accidents happen. However, I was treated very rudely, like I was trying to pull a fast one on them. They said that I must've done it, that they didn't do it. They could have just owned up to it, waived the cleaning fee?

I rarely need dry cleaning services but when I do It's last minute. These guys were able to provide same day service for the high end suit and get a grease stain out of it! Great job!

Stanley provides great customer service. Never had a problem here getting shirts on time.
