I applied for a job there and I got a call for an interview. I went there, and the manager, who was nice, told me that everything was great, and they needed a person who works on Wednesdays and Sundays because we are short staffed, and I could work on those days. I went for the interview on January 22nd, and she told me that everything was good, and I could work there. She somehow promised me the job, saying that she would be gone until February 1, and when she came back, she would call me for the job. I was waiting, and I dropped out of one of the classes that I had taken. I also got a call from another store that wanted to interview me, but I didn't accept it because I thought I already had this job. After February 2nd, I called, and she was busy. Then she called back, and I was very excited, thinking I would start working soon. However, she told me that they had already hired someone else. I was so shocked that I didn't know how to respond. Everything seemed good, and she had said my timing and everything was great for the job. And suddenly, they hired someone else. It felt like a waste of my time, and I also missed out on my career by dropping one of the important classes I was taking. It was my worst experience ever.

LINDA IS PROBABLY THE SINGLE WORST PERSON I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED NOT ONLY AT SALLY BEAUTY BUT AT ANY RETAIL STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! NEGITIVE 10000 STARS, WATCH OUT FOR HER. SHE IS THE OLDER WOMAN WITH EXCESSIVE WRINKLES ON HER FACE, BLACK EYELINER SMUDGED AROUND HER EYES. AND GREASY STRAIGHT BROWN HAIR. WATCH OUT FOR HWR SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!

i came in and looked around for the things i needed and wanted to ask for bleach and an ashy blue dye. they asked another worker for help and laughed a little when i said for my hair but we watched youtube and searched how to mix ashy blue because they didn't know. i was getting tired and wanted to just get a plain color so i could just go back home. they called two people but said my hair would be fried and it would be a lot of work so i asked for a good red hair dye. she gave me a hair dye for dark hairs and said that i only need a developer and the dye and that i wouldn't need to bleach it. i showed a picture of what i wanted which was a very bright red color. she instructed me what to do and i followed but instead it did nothing but damage my hair. i'm upset because i was gonna dye my hair bright for a concert the next day. ugh never trusting them again

The person working was very helpful and attentive to my needs. Only place I could find creme developer to color my own hair, other than on line. Got it and Yahoo coloring today!!!

If I could zero stars, I would. The lady at the counter said she was new and didn't know much about the store, which is understandable, but at the same time she couldn't be bothered to learn either. She didn't understand some of the very basic hair care/colour terminology and was eager to be on her phone and her tone was very off-putting. The hair industry is a great place if people would pay attention and learn, it is disrespectful to the hair care community to hire someone who just wants to make a quick buck and doesn't care about anything else. If you don't know what you're doing at least try to learn. Had she been nice to me, I would have cut her some slack. Don't go to this location unless you already know what you're looking for.

I just drove to the Sally's location from over 35 minutes away, I checked the time on the website before I left my house for sure that they would be open. When I arrived there was a note on the door that said sorry for the inconvenience we are closed from 5 PM to 6 PM. Super frustrated after spending time in the car to make it here that I wasted over an hour to find a note on the door. I absolutely would not recommend this location... I have been here in the past, service mediocre at best but I'm super frustrated that they just sporadically close the doors.

I honestly do not recommend based upon two out of three visits. The first was in December 2021. I went to ask a couple questions and find a one colors I might like. The two young folks working that evening (I think they were working...) were both on phone screens and chatting while sitting in the corner behind the register. When I finally had to apologize for interrupting and ask a question one just kept staring at the phone screen and another said she has not heard of that brand or coloring style (Göt 2 Be Metallic) but at least she had enough manners to actually look at me while answering a question! The second time I went in again both employees started off acting as if it was a huge pain in their a$s to be at work. But one gal actually stopped and helped me find some items at another store. Third time? Today. I arrived with just enough time to run in, look at the dye, grab my developer and scat by closing time. Did that happen? Nope. When I arrived both doors were locked, the very young gal finishing the register, and completely ignoring everything around her. I attempted to get her attention and point to my watch (647pm) with no success. As I am sitting here writing this I had the opportunity to observe another potential customer do the same thing. This is a very small (safety is more important) reason I do not have one si gle employee open or close. Shame on you Sally Beauty for not at least sticking to the hours you set for yourself.

If I could give it a zero I would. Walked in and asked for help looking for something to lighten my hair. The person behind the counter could not be more bothered to answer me. Her answers were undetectable. She didn’t even move a muscle off the bench she was sitting on. After trying to find something myself, I decided I would go elsewhere and get some answers. Clearly this owner has a hard time hiring.

The worst spot I went in my life A girl with the tattoo she doesn’t want to help. I asked her to be cash. And she want to make me apply for some thing I don’t want it. I asked her to be cash she said no She want me to apply on the program I don’t want. And she say yeah it doesn’t matter I have to do it. It doesn’t matter for her but for me it does matter. I don’t recommend this ablaze it’s the worst place They don’t even say hi when you walk in so rude The ppl work in there The worst store the worst advocate

I entered as the store was opening along with 2 others and Natalie greeted us all and made us feel welcomed. She also individually met our needs and was prompt and courteous. She is very knowledgeable about the products the store sells and she did t make you feel rushed. I recommend any and everyone to pay a visit to this location.
