Great prices! Before I purchase I always check prices at COSTCO and today Sam's prices were lower on all items. Plus they deliver to my front door.Go check prices and save money. Yes I am member of both COSTCO Concord, CA and Sam's Club.

A lot of varieties of things that you don't see it in Costco. Love to shop here. Always find new things.

As someone who has memberships at both Sam's Club and Costco, I find myself gravitating more towards Sam's Club, and here's why. The standout feature for me is their 'Scan and Go' system. It's a game-changer! The ability to simply scan items as I shop, pay through the app, and bypass the checkout lines entirely is incredibly convenient. I often wonder why Costco hasn't implemented something similar.Another aspect I prefer at Sam's Club is the store layout. It feels more navigable and shopper-friendly compared to Costco. And when it comes to their meat selection, especially the steaks, I find them to be superior in quality at Sam's Club. They consistently offer great cuts that are perfect for grilling. My only gripe is the scarcity of Sam's Club locations. I really wish they would expand more. Having more stores would make it even easier to access their great products and services. Sam's Club, if you're listening, please consider opening more outlets! In conclusion, for its convenience, quality of products, and especially the 'Scan and Go' feature, Sam's Club gets my vote over Costco. It's definitely worth checking out if you have the option in your area.

Robert Rose, Chef doing the demo was rude to customers. He did not have appropriate signage saying Nope- he has a kitchen apparently unmarked on the floor. Robert Rose need better training so customer experience is not spoiled.

The tire and battery department is absolutely INCOMPETENT and I will never use them again. I went in to have a dead battery replaced. 15 minutes after I drop it off, they call and tell me they can't replace it. I asked why, and they said "We don't have the right tools." I then went out to my truck in the parking lot and using my standard tool set from COSTCO, I replaced the battery myself. I took the old battery back in and plopped it on the table in front of the guy and said "here's my old battery that you guys said you couldn't replace. I did it myself in your parking lot. You really need better tools. This is garbage. I'll take it up with corporate." The guy shrugged his shoulders and stared at me as I walked out.

I am not sure what I think of Sam's Club. I am a Costco member as well and recently became a Sam's club member. Some pros of Sam's Club to Costco is being a Plus member allows for more flexibility while shopping (earlier opening times, free curbside and shipping). It's a little frustrating that Costco has not adopted these features and the scan as you go on the app is very convenient on Sam's Club. So these are definitely advantage for being a Sam's club member. The items sold at Sam's club are not always very big or club size, it's just larger than the typical but not as Costco big. This warehouse has a lot of items but sometimes, I feel like it's not enough. It can also be overwhelming at times. Parking here is very easy. I find the card check at the door is hit and miss. Sometimes, there is someone there and other times, there isn't.

I've come to this location several times, always on Sunday mornings. It's a much smaller store than other Sam's Clubs but I've never had issues during my visits. No issues with parking, employee assistance, finding what I need and checkout lines. It's like a Costco but not the same, many items are unique to Sam's. The prices are pretty reasonable and you can find items on sale monthly. I wish there was a lot more Sam's Clubs in the Bay Area, don't know why there isn't more of a presence of Sam's in Northern California but alas will have to continue driving here to shop at Sam's and take advantage of my membership.

Nice large well stocked store and also unlike Costco you can find some items not in bulk ...their freezer section is by far better than Costco's with items like king crab ...can't beat the 28 dollar choice Tomahawk steaks at the meat counter ...this store is a bit out of the way for us but worth the drive

1-800 Who Cares Sam Club. I have been a victim of fraud at Sam's Club. i got a charge on my credit card last year at this time. I called Sam's and explained. Hours later, they basically said I'd need to cancel my credit card. So I did. That is considerable work, since that means all the direct pay bills of mine had to be canceled. Now I receive another Sam's membership charge on my new credit card. I'm not a Sam's club member and never have been and for sure never will be. Call Sam's club again. 2 hours later, no assistance other than I can file an identity theft victim affidavit. because they want to make the process as painful as possible, there's no address to mail it. Then I have to get the affidavit notarized. I also asked for an email to write a complaint. But no, i have to write a letter with no name to send it to. . I wanted to speak with someone in management to get this resolved, but that's impossible. I was told "a manager" would call me back yesterday but that didn't happen. The worst phone IVR ever. wanting my social security number. Are you kidding? I'm reporting fraud and you want my social? This is the worst service, call center, response service I've ever seen. Kathryn McLay, CEO should be embarrassed by this situation. The fact this falls on me as a reoccurring issue is appalling. Clearly Sam's could care less.

D*** a** money grubbing mfkrs. Doors are open. 9:45, but they'll send your a** away if you don't pay EXTRA on top of their membership fee to have the courtesy of buying your toilet paper 15 minutes early. Assholes.
