Not only did they not refund my prorated month, but they charged me the full amount for another month, 15 days after I vacated. They were informed of my last day.Now, they never seem to answer or return calls. I'm not sure if they have financial or management issues, but based on either, I wouldn't recommend them.

I was moving from my apartment right when Covid 19 lockdown just started, and they helped me pick which size unit would fit best for my needs. They were very affordable, clean, and the big elevators helped with moving everything to the unit! Everyone was very nice and made moving 10x easier!

This storage has really bad rodent infestation!! Found tons of rat droppings all over my stuff. I had to throw some things out because of this!

I thought I needed to storage so I went here and got one. I ended up not needing it after half the month went by. I never put anything in it. They refunded me my money which was very nice. The staff there is very nice
