Schicker Shower doors did fabulous job replacing our 80s shower doors. The door quality itself is luxurious. The measurers and installers attention to detail improved the placement of what was there. Highly recommend.

Chris came to measure for the new shower door and within a week we received a call to have it installed. It is absolutely beautiful and the tile work is highlighted now with the glass door. Chris did an amazing job with the install and clean up. I would highly recommend Schicker Shower Door, Inc. for a professional, quality shower enclosure.

Schicker installed our glass shower doors and the installation work was good. This review is for the maintenance/adjustments that come afterward. The frameless glass shower door they installed shifts slowly over time such that the gap between the bottom of the door and the piece of glass next to it widens slightly over time and needs to be straightened every 12-18 months. I don't know if this is an installation problem or just a common hassle with frameless doors due to gravity because the doors are heavy. They adjusted this issue after 13 months for free under warranty. But then, 12 months later the door had shifted and there was a gap on the bottom again, and now the top of door was hitting the piece of glass next to it when it shut. The quote Schicker gave me to straighten the door was $600. I thought this was outrageous and got three quotes from other glass shower door installers for $120, $160, and $225. One of them just adjusted the door and did a great job. Schicker needs to have a more reasonable adjustment fee so that customers are not forced to either overpay them or use a different company for adjustments than the company that did the installation, thereby causing future warranty and finger-pointing issues down the road.

We had our new shower doors installed today by two Schicker employees- Ray and another gentleman, whose name I did not get. They were very professional and did a good job. The doors look beautiful.

Ten years ago, Schicker installed a shower door for us. We liked the model and their service. We just remodeled another bathroom and decided to install the same shower door. Schicker was very professional in quoting, scheduling and installing the shower door. Due to some differences in our shower design the top of the shower door was too low. We asked if they would change the door out for a taller one. Both the Service Manager and General Manager were very responsive and gave us a very fair price for the changeout. Again, installation was timely and very professional. They get a grade of A for the initial job and for the extra special service on the changeout, they get an A+!

I shopped around quite a bit before deciding to go with Schicker for my new shower door. I found Schicker's bid to be very competitive and their installation people did a great job. I would definitely recommend them based on my positive experience.

If I could give this company a thousands stars, I would... I have this company installed a beautiful shower door for my remodel bathroom, Joe and his team responded promptly and professional, they came install on time after I let them know I will have my son party a day before he's getting married, roughly two and half weeks. Without promises anything, but the job done on time! Thank you so much to everyone at Schicker Luxury Shower Door Inc. I definitely recommend this company.

We had to replace our shower door and I'm really happy with this company. Chris Paddock (sales)was so professional and answered all my questions and helped me choose the design. Customer service Marilyn Rodriguez was awesome very friendly on the phone and very helpful. The installers Marcus and Chris! Wow very respectful, professional and both did an amazing job installing my showers and it looks so amazing ! Both worked well together! Just had three shower doors done and we cannot be more pleased with the product. Also, they have the most professional and courteous installers. It's not inexpensive but absolutely we'll worth it.

Needed to replace a 38 year old oversized glass shower door which was sagging on its hinges. Schicker came highly recommended by a contractor friend. The bid from them was very competitive with other companies. My experience with all personnel couldn't have been better: from the office staff to the initial bid visit to the measurement team to the installation crew, all were professional, thorough, friendly and helpful. Timing for completion of the work from the day of engaging with them went just as they projected, even in these days of supply chain problems. All appointments were kept within the arrival window. The installation crew took great care to protect wood floors traversed to get to the work site and the old tile was not harmed by removal of the old frame nor by the new installation (one of my biggest worries!). The new door is much better engineered than the old one and the installation is perfect - no leaking, good drainage, old screw holes completely covered by the new frame. When the crew left, the bathroom was as clean as when they arrived. They removed all construction debry. Thank you, Mike and Alex and everyone else at Schicker for a job well done!

We needed a new shower door. The old one leaked from the side, hinges, and bottom. Schicker had reasonable prices. The new door was installed and after several follow-up visits, NO LEAKAGE! The Schicker team was polite, courteous, and very professional. They followed through on what needed to be done to make it perfect! I would highly recommend Shicker shower doors for new and replacement requirements. Great job everyone! Couldn't be happier!

We just had a bath/shower glass enclosure installed by this company and I can't speak more highly of the customer service, the installers and Joe at the office. We had a problem either the initial installation, but Joe came out and solved it. We then had the installation a few days later and the 2 men sent out were very professional, did a great job, cleaned up before they left and then, a day later Joe called us to tell us we overpaid and they were sending us a check! In this day and age, I think they went out of their way to make things right and I appreciate it! It's a great company!!!

We used Schicker many years ago for a frameless shower. The shower doors themselves have held up over time. But, the silicon caulk needs to be replaced periodically because it disintegrates over time. In the past, Schicker professionals have come to our home to redo the caulk. The process takes between 30 and 45 minutes. Yesterday I called and was informed the cost is now $525 to "service" the shower and that the warranty on the caulk is for one year. Even my car dealership does not have such steep labor charges. If you are in the market for a frameless shower, please consider the long term maintenance costs before choosing a vendor.
