Went here to do a simple return and Irma (supposed “manager”) gave an unwarranted attitude. She was condescending and rude, having to help us on her “break”, which we didn’t mind waiting. I asked her to do a return and when doing a purchase, I wanted to use a 20% off and get a gift receipt.
She told me she can’t do that, and I can only do either the discount OR the gift receipt (which doesn’t make any sense) so I said “okay, I’ll just do the discount.”
And she replies “okay WHAT?!” (As if I couldn’t choose that) with so much attitude, it took my partner and I by surprise.
Lady, it’s 10:30am, there’s no need to be so rude.
Everyone else was so polite, I didn’t want to say anything, but she really needs an attitude adjustment if she’s supposed to be leading the team here.
Thumbs down for sure.

I went in wanting help picking out some makeup. Initially I was greeted. I walked around and not one employee offered help. There were at least 3 employees walking around , one of them fixing her makeup with the tester products. The only employee that seemed helpful was with a customer. I walked around for 10 minutes. I ended up leaving. Never again.

Irma was so helpful in helping me pick out a foundation and matching my skin with the right color. She recommended a brand that I never tried and took the time to choose between two swatches. The staff there is very helpful I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I always enjoy shopping at any Sephora because I know I will get quality service.

My daughter loves this place for all her makeup and Skin Care needs. You only complaint I have is with their gift card program. If you buy it from a third party such as another store and things don't go right; you'll get shove between the third party and this store as to who's responsible if your gift card is not loaded correctly.

It was a nice Sephora. It had the fragrances I was looking for online that my local Sephora's didn't. I wanted to get a sample of them. Try them out before purchasing due to the staggering high prices of the perfumes. They said post COVID they don't give fragrance samples anymore because people put their noses up to the bottles.....but people can put their nose up to the display bottle and smell it... spray it...wear it. That was the dumbest reasoning ever. Also, you can get makeup, lotion and anything else as samples? Make sense out of that! I told the girl that they just won't give samples because they want people to buy the trail sizes. She smiled, looked away, and didn't deny it. (She was very nice and helpful.) That was part of the fun if going to Sephora. Playing with the makeup, smelling the fragrance, getting samples, then coming back, making the purchases of what you like, and then doing it all over again! Now it's not any different than going to any other store. You might as well just buy online.

Just went in and purchased a few things and I just had the worst person with the worst attitude , every time I would ask the employee a question she would grab the box and read me the name and the description of the product making me feel in illiterate.
Literally worst experience.
