The air machine is broken, and judging by the faded and torn "not working" sign, has been broken for a while. Gas stations need to provide air for tires and when the machine is broken they should fix it. Will not be stopping here again even though it is right by my work.

I live around the corner from this gas station. to this gas station around 3 AM to buy a Red Bull. I come back at around 10:30 AM to buy the exact same Red Bull and I'm being charged two dollars less. I asked and the prices have not changed. Looks like this overnight clerk is ripping customers off.

Every worker or clerk who works the register always says the shells rewards doesnt work apparently... there have been days where I have told multiple clerks about inputing my phone number for my shell rewards and they say "don't work" or "don't know what you talk about buddy" this seems like very shady buisness behavior.

Update: Spoke with a lady in charge, she improved the situation greatly and promised to speak with the employee responsible for the original issue and to make sure it never happens again, at this point I feel better about the whole thing and will be coming back here to get more gas in the future.
Used to use this gas station all the time but I will never be coming back again because of Sam. The gas station had two broken pumps, Sam wouldn't check the problem first, then accused my card of not working without ever checking the pump first, then proceeded to argue with me in loud towns when I showed him the pump and it became obvious that he was completely wrong. This man has no customer service and should not be working anywhere where he has to deal with people.

Pumps So Slow. I've written this review and still only pumped 2 gallons. Asked what the issue was and was rudely waved off by the staff.

This gas station is shaaady. I put $5 in my car due to price was 20 cents higher here than the safeway gas station by my house, but I was in need of gas. No gas came out at all, my mileage was still the same. When I told the lady who was working at that time to check it out she was no help. All she asked was what’s last 4 of the card I used and how much I was charged. She didn’t want to check if anything was wrong with the pump, but basically she couldn’t do anything. Never going here again. I had to dispute it with my bank and get a new card just in case. The lady’s response threw me off. Felt like I was just scammed.

Not very busy. Pumps worked fine. Gas was too expensive.

I I'm not one to just post negative reviews as two years ago I actually posted a positive review of this gas station. The review two years ago could not be more wrong for today. Yesterday I went into shell and only had $100 bill or $7 and some change. I wanted to make it easier on the attendant so I did not give him the $100 bill I came to the window with the 7 and change. I handed him the 7 and change through the window, the nighttime window drawer. He glanced at it and told me that it is $9 and some change. I said that that is $9 and some change and to count it. he refused it and push the drawer with the money in it toward me. I pushed it back toward him and told him to count it because I needed that pack of cigarettes. He refused and proceeded to slam the drawer back toward me and held it so that I couldn't push it back and made me leave without my cigarettes. Today I go in to buy my pack of cigarettes like I have every day for the last 8 years. I had my $10 bill ready and unfortunately it was the same guy. He told me systems were down. Then I asked for his name and he refused to give it. Because, systems we're obviously not down. I asked for a pack of cigarettes. He said they were out of cigarettes even though the wreck behind him was full. I asked for his name again and again he refused to give it and told me to leave. I've been coming to this gas station for 8 years and have never been treated the way this man treated me. He should be fired and he also would not give me the name of the owner or his boss. I will be there first thing in the morning to speak with the manager lady but needless to say I won't be going back to this gas station if that person is still employed there. They're going to miss out on a whole bunch of money because it sure as hell add up over the years I've been coming there
