Picked up my order at the local Sheikh in Concord. Gentleman who works there gave me his attention right away and greeted me. I provided my order information, he verified my identification, had me wait for 30 seconds to grab my item in the back. Wished me well for the rest of the evening when I left.
The store is very clean and the associate working here seems to like his job.
I recommend this store. đđ˝

DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE...EVER.
I visited the store with my husband, 12 year old son, and 10 year old daughter to exchange a pair of shoes given to my 10 year old daughter who has a disability. Given the poor stock in the store we had to ask for several different pairs before finding the her supposed size. We were given one shoe to try on. In my lifetime of trying on shoes, one is given 2 shoes to try on and walk 10 feet and make sure they fit. Not here. Not for a 10 year old. And not for a child with a disability. I implored the manager, named Joanna. Joanna looks like a 16 year old but acts like an 8 year old. She said that she could not make an exception. I gave her the shoes we were exchanging out of. She said that she couldn't do it. I offered my credit card and driver's license. She still would only allow 1 shoe to be tried on. I suppose given the economically challenged environment where the store resides, there may be people who try on shoes and run away with them. My daughter was giving the shoes she was exchanging out of. We offered to give over our identification and credit cards as a guarantee. And my daughter cannot run. When I returned home I also realize that the shoes I returned were priced $45 higher than the shoes I was replacing them with. The manager never mentioned this. I've never been more shocked and disappointed in such poor and unprofessional 'service'. If you are reading this review and happen to own this store, fire everyone, starting with Joanna.

I ordered shoes online and selected pick up in store. When arriving, I presented my confirmation email barcode to the employee and ID card.She was very friendly and professional. While waiting for my shoes, I took a quick glance at the store. The presentation was sleek and clean.Once the employee was back, i got my shoes, and she wished me a good day. I asked her if I could try on my shoes first before leaving, and she was totally cool about it. The shoes fit perfectly! After I was done, I said bye and she wished me well again.I will definitely be back again. Awesome first experience with Shiekh :)

They do not answer phones. I ordered some shoes as a gift and they ended up being two different sizes...I called and texted the number below and did not get any assistance. Avoid buying from this place if you can.

Horrible staff. Always standing near the register having a full on convo as if they are not at work. No greeting, no can I help you with anything? And when you walk up to counter to ask a question they have no idea what your talking about. Then why work at a shoe store if you have no knowledge of what your selling.
