My wife and I purchased a bed from Sleep number, the bed isn't functional and is very dangerous. I bought the bed during the pandemic and have not been able to return the bed and corporate has been very uncooperative and unprofessional. I served my country and also am a disabled senior, every dollar I make is important and I am disappointed in Sleep Number and the lack of accommodations to a person who is a loyal customer and a service member. I went into this Sleep Number to ask questions because I'd never shopped in a Sleep Number. I asked too many questions, and this dude legit tells me, "Please go." Still not sure what I did.

I gotta say I do not do a lot of reviews but I really liked our sales professional down at Sleep number in the Veranda Shopping center. His name was Juan Pablo (JP) and he was a pleasure to work with. Super knowledgeable and just a nice guy. We bought the Climate 360 in a King and it was expensive but the 100 day trial and the warranty made it feel pretty safe and the bed felt amazing when we tried it. If you think about it you spend almost 10 days a month in that bed. If there is the slightest chance in this bed improving our sleep it’s priceless.!! Plus it has some super cool features that if nothing else are fun and innovative.! Lol.. the customer service we got made a huge difference honestly and just felt like we were covered if we didn’t love it. Time will tell we should get the new bed soon.!!

Valerie is an excellent salesperson! She has a very soft voice, almost hypnotic, and is never pushy, only helpful. She is exceptionally informative and helpful. You feel as though she is entirely there to meet your needs. She listens, explains, and answers any and all questions along the way.

Not happy with the fact that they sell you a base that is more expensive then the mattress itself, and that you cannot even return it so your stuck with it. Additionally they give you 100 nights to try it out but if you don't want to keep it they charge you $250 to pick it up. Now I have to spend a lot of time and effort to find a new mattress from someone else to work with my frame that cost me $3,500. Oh yeah I have a split frame also so guess what, its probably won't work with just any mattress since both heads of the bed come up separately. I just want them to exchange the whole set up for a new one and ill be happy but since they wont take back the frame I'm out of luck (SOL). On a separate note there workers in the store were great to work with and I have no issues with them. Maybe get the guy some help thought, he was all by his self on a busy Saturday. To sum it up I would recommend going else where since this place has such specific inventory that they will lock you in with and cant return.

Let me start off by saying this review is not necessarily for this business in Concord it is for a sleep number bed as a whole. I have to go to Yelp because the sleep number website will not allow me to leave a negative review for some reason go figure that.. Let me rewind about 15 years ago we purchased a sleep number bed special edition. It was the most comfortable bed we ever purchased and could not believe it. Overtime the internal makings of the bed have broke down slightly and they were very nice and giving us replacement parts however they do prorate them and they were very expensive. That still did not correct our problem started getting back aches and etc. after about eight or nine years. So we thought what the heck why don't we just buy a new special edition a bed because the other one lasted so long and it was very comfortable. Big huge mistake. From day one we got the second bed home after owning our other one for around 10 or 12 years and back aches were common. After looking further into this the second bed that we purchased which was the special edition was very cheaply made compared to the first one. Single pad on top allows transfer of weight to partner . Previous bed had to separate sides and the foam inside was super heavy duty. The new bed was so cheap they cut corners on the quality that it probably didn't cost him anything to make. The quality from the first bed to the second bed was unbelievably different. Nobody would help us nobody would lift a finger for us so after only in our bed for one year I took a razor blade cut it down the middle and threw it in the dumpster and took it to the dumps. They really change the quality of these beds I'm just letting everybody know. We went back to Mancini's and purchased a purple mattress which is the most comfortable and supportive mattress we've ever had. Hope this review helps you but stay away from as far as I know the special edition or the I 8 or the I 10. These beds are cheaply made compared to the ones yours ago. Very light and will blow away in the wind lol

Our sales rep Jake was amazing! He made this Sleep Number purchase extremely easy for my husband and I. Jake was very knowledgeable about the products and understood our needs. Extremely satisfied with the level of service we received! The shipping time unfortunately takes a while, hope the product serves us the same satisfaction.
