Where do I begin??Deb is amazing!! She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing when it comes to results!!Stronger Better Fitness has changed my life for the better. Deb and I discussed my goals when I started and she has helped me PUSH myself in ways I never thought possible. She's very in tune with what your body needs both physically and nutritionally to meet your goals!Her energy and excitement is contagious.. if you follow her guidance you will be motivated and inspired.I never realized how much I love weight training, until starting at Strong Better, there is truly no better feeling!Thank you Deb!

I started with Coach Deb two years ago. I've always worked out at other gyms and was in pretty good shape but my joints ached and I was always nursing a sore shoulder and cramped muscles or some other injury. My goal with Deb was to get stronger without injury. With Coach Deb I've become stronger than I've been in probably 30 years and my body feels pain free. I really notice my strength and lack of pain in everyday life like when I'm working in the yard or how, for example, if I trip on something I can recover without falling to the ground.Even though I attend her group training class, she tailors the program for each individual, including suggesting weights specific to me, nutrition planning, and checking in on my sleep habits and patterns. Coach Deb is always positive and encouraging. Her gym is clean and organized. The atmosphere is fun and casual but at the same time, the exercises are taken seriously with Deb watching and making sure we stay safe and use good form.I recommend Coach Deb and Stronger Better Fitness to anyone who wants to get healthier and live and move better.

Deb is truly exceptional! Gratitude fills me when reflecting on my experience with this remarkable individual. Since June 2023, we've dedicated three days a week to transformative workouts, establishing not just a routine but cultivating improved eating habits and a healthier lifestyle. What makes her truly special is her 360 approach--we're not just about workouts. Deb dives into nutrition, sustainable exercise, mental health, and even spiritual wellness. It's this complete focus that's allowed me to unleash the best version of myself. She provides sound advice and you have to just trust the process. I've waved goodbye to 15 lbs and about 20 inches, with more progress on the horizon! Deb, you're an inspiration to us all. I'm excited about continuing this awesome journey with you. Coach Deb has trained me this time around for almost a year. I have become so much stronger. I could barely lift weights or do much in terms of exercise when I started last September, but am lifting weights and able to do so much more, because of Coach Deb. She spends the time with me to make sure I am in the correct form. We measure to see improvements and it is always a good feeling to lose those inches. You won't be disappointed with Coach Deb at Stronger Better Fitness.

Not only was Debbie a physical fitness coach, but a life coach as well. She always provided me top tier fitness advice, willingness to try new things, and adapt to my specific needs as an athlete. I joined Stronger Better Fitness most recently about 9 months ago, since I couldn't do this on my own. I have gotten stronger and more fit, because Debbi is very encouraging and motivating. She increases weights and introduces new exercises, which helps me gain momentum. Thanks Debbi for always pushing me forward throughout this on my journey.

Coach Deb is the absolute best! She is always encouraging, pushing your limits and supporting your journey. Whether life comes up, injures happen she is always there to work with you to ensure you continue through your progress! Debbi is great! she's very positive, always helping me better my self, not just physically but mentally as well. Great environment, classes are extremely helpful no matter what your goal is, she will help. I came in with lower back problems and she created unique workout for my self that will focus on recovery and getting my core and lower back to my full strength.

Debbi’s 25+ years of experience is so reassuring especially to a serial non-exerciser like me. She makes sure my form is good (better) to avoid me getting hurt. During the first 3-weeks I was sore, but I was still able to move. I’m definitely much stronger, and I’m working on becoming fit! Thank you, Debbi!
