I don’t like the required hundred dollar deposit. Other than that, I love this place.!🧿🪬💋

A lot I can say here. Let's just say the rooms are cool, roach here or there, they have a fake police siren they play in the parking lot when they don't recognize you, fun if you fancy the outlaw life. Lot of bad shit goes on here. That's what's supposed to happen. Maybe one or two kinda nice people work here. Good looking housekeepers. What did I miss?

Thursday afternoon August 8th. I checked into the hotel for the last minute due to my condo is currently now under construction due to the leak in my unit.
The front desk staff it's okay it was just kind of a little bit of miscommunication I said for one night only when he accidentally charge for two nights on my credit card however he fix it and dispute back to my credit for only one night it took a little longer to check in.
My room was not too far from the lobby it was just around the corner..
The room is very spacious it's very much like having your little apartment except there's no washer and dryer in the hotel room so you just need to go down the hall for a washer and dryer. The room had a kitchen with the stove microwave and a refrigerator. My room was facing the north side where you hear cars going back and forth. Did not bother me because I sleep without my hearing aids. The room is so big it's easy to walk around the bathroom is pretty big even the walk in closet is huge. there is also a kind of a little storage back at the bathroom you can add more stuff even your bicycle. There's only a table in a chair inside the kitchen. I wish there was a computer desk inside the bedroom so that when people are on the computer can watch TV or eat at the same time also it kighter in the bedroom. There is a patio however there's no tables and chair outside. best to bring your own folding chair to relax on the patio.
The air conditioning and heater took a moment to figure out how to operate Once you turn the blue button for cool and then you need to press the bottom button for fan and it'll work. I kept the room extra cool by having the other door closed.
Unfortunately the swimming pool is closed this summer for some maintenance reason I don't know why I just saw the sign in a lobby that said the pool is closed.
Overall I had a great experience staying at the hotel I will repeat it's not bad for the price for $123 a night you really get more for your money. And that $123 a night that's including taxes and surcharge.
The location which I'm going to say about 80% walking score there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. There are two bus lines in front of the hotel here's how it works.
Bus 14 and 16 are free runs 5 days a week Monday through Friday they both take you to the Concord BART. Only the 314 bus runs on the weekends and that's free as well. The bus 314 will take you to Concord BART. Bus 14 that is across the street from the hotel is outbound will take you to Pleasant Hill BART and Walnut Creek Park. The bus 16 outbound that's also across the street from the hotel will take you to downtown Pleasant Hill and to the Amtrak station Martinez. The downtown Pleasant Hill has a lot of fancy restaurants, shops and movie theaters there as well. The bus 314 across the street from the hotel outbound will just take you to Diablo Valley College.
Once again the hotel the very modern facility always clean and I was just highly recommend it and there's free Wi-Fi as well.
The only reason I took away one star there are some improvement that needs to be made by the hotel is at 1 it should be another desk inside the bedroom next to the TV finally this should be a table to chair out on a patio.

It was terrible. We couldn't check in because, despite myself, nor my partner, never having set foot on this property in our lives, the I'll-informed clerk checks both of our ID's, and begins shouting thru bullet proof glass that my friend cannot stay at this property because (according to Mr know-it-all lackey), my friend had smeared human feces all over the walls when he stayed there last --- remember, at the beginning of this comment I mentioned that neither of us had been on the property before, or stayed as guests. I'm personally glad he wouldn't let us stay there, if those are the class of guests they attract. I'm only doing my fellow traveler a favor by pointing to the state of the management in this property so no one else has to endure that kind of behavior!! Zero stars!

The male Indian front desk attendant was very disrespectful towards customers and rude. Instead of explaining what the problem was he said to figure it out. Once our reservation was confirmed he tried apologizing sarcastically. Never staying at this establishment nor will I recommend anyone respectable stays here unless disrespect and poor service is your cup of tea.

You would not expect it from where the location is but I rate this 5 stars for the customer service five stars for the associates that work here I've been treated very well and it's nice to come to a hotel with a kitchenette that literally has everything you need as far as utensils cups plates even pots and pans to help you cook it makes you feel very nice when you don't have your home with you.Great place to stay. I would very well recommend this Hotel not once but twice thank you Studio 6 for your wonderful service.😊
Rooms: The rooms are very comfortable and housekeeping definitely shows up to make sure you have Fresh Linen and towels you have to love Maria and Jackie they are awesome
Nearby activities: Where do I start there are so many good restaurants up and down Monument just take your pick amazing you could always go up to the front desk to where they have different catalogs and maps to various destinations you could go
Walkability: No joke you could literally walk to a restaurant a laundromat FoodMaxx and even Kohl's and you can get your Starbucks yippee that made it so easy for me
Noteworthy details: I must say Studio 6 has changed so much from the year that I have been here and I definitely have to give five stars to the manager Pete the front desk guys like Jamal and Edmond and Jesus keeps up with the constant meantance of the hotel and the grounds. I definitely will miss those wonderful housekeepers that have a great sense of humor and make you happy that you're there when you're not at your home they are amazing crew and I would definitely give you 10 Stars if I can thank you Studio 6 for making my family so welcome.

Thank you because it is the hotel with great space
Safety: Thank you for taking care of our things, we thank you very much and blessings to all the staff who put a lot of effort into making the rooms impeccable and the best thing is that they do not smell like cigarettes. I have been to others where the smell of cigarettes predominates.

1)$100 CASH ONLY DEPOSIT.2) Laundry on 2nd floor3) Absolutely no visitors allowed without ID. Paid the guy upwards of 900, still not allowed to have any guests who do not show ID at front desk.4) Pet FEE is $20. It is NOT a deposit.5) Just like last time I stayed here a month ago POOL is not in service.. not available..it was 93° today. So that sucks. Well it's available to look at... And for the record it looks clean and clear and refreshing and lovely. But all you're going to be doing is looking at it.Helpful enough, able to check out a hairdryer at front desk and gave me a comp toohbrush. At 2 a.m. you can stand out front and watch the paisas and their pretty girls stumble in making out like high schoolers, as well as, vehicles speed by, loudly revving doing50- 80 mi an hour. NO concern for any cops. Nor did I see even one cop, so I guess these people know their neighborhood well.
