First time coming to the store to check it out. Hours showed 10am as the open time. It’s closed at 10:36am. Off to another thirty they lost my interest.

Worthy cause. Lots of people donate to this location, new and different items all the time. Great finds at good prices.

Came at 4:30pm on a Wednesday and there were 7-8 random people in the building that said they were closing early. Maybe only one of the worked there. Very confusing.

I used to shop and support the teen challenge thrift store in concord for many years. In the past few months they have completely changed their displays and the way they interact with customers. We are in our 70s and like to read. We would buy paper back books like 4 for a dollar. And donate them back after we read them. Now we are charged a dollar each. And the attitude of the employees is now just as bad. We will not spend our SSI money there any more or give them donations. Pricing items when you go to pay for them is ridiculous.

Stopped by there last week. They seriously need to clean up and organize their store. Broken, dirty toys. Pieces of junk on the shelves including an exploded AA battery. Very depressing junk.

Nolan helped us out today. They've definitely revamped the place, much more welcoming and easy to maneuver everything is sectioned off and the feel of the place is just way better than it was before.

I love this thrift shop. Recently they’ve gotten much more organized and that really makes the customer experience that much better. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is very friendly!

On november 28th 2022 I went into the Teen Challenge thrift store to look around. When I entered the shop, I couldn'e help but to notice the various parties of patrons in the store, and their happy banter with the staff. It appered as if a lot of the shoppers were regulars there, and the staff new most of them. After a few minutes, I was met by a friendly young man named Nolan Lewis. He was instumental in helping me feel welcomed and assiting me with my needs. I am definately in the big and tall category, yet Nolan was able to help me navigate through the store to seek out a couple pairs of pants and some vinyl records. I'll be honest, I felt out of place before walking into that shop, but when I left, I felt like one of their frequent customers. Thanks Teen Challenge and thanks Nolan!

This is a great place to shop Nolan is very friendly and a good salesman I happened to be there last week when some rude and racist guy came in trying to donate some stuff, Nolan politely told them they weren’t receiving donations that day , the guy kept insisting he want to leave he’s stuff , Nolan said sorry we can’t, that’s when the guy started saying all types of racists thing and left the store. I love this store and everyone that works there I’m there almost everyday
