I called yesterday for a quote. The lady took down my information and said someone would be giving me a call.
I waited all day and never received a call back.
I called back today and spoke to the same lady. She put me on hold for a long time so I hung up.
Horrible customer service.

If you are ready to deal with a no call-no show moving company that is unapologetic about not even showing up, poorly documenting actual moving date and emailing conflicting moving dates from paper documentation, not responding to 3 emails, and 3 phone calls to confirm moving dates and eventually just not bothering o come or call because it is wet outside...be my guest. The worst moving company I have encountered ever.
Be warned.
Hoping to get my deposit. These folks are as shady as they come.

Today, I had the pleasure of working with a moving company called Thrifty Moving Storage Company that exceeded my expectations. From my first call to Rob up to follow up calls from Jennifer and the 3 movers team assigned: Felix, Clayber, and Francisco- the entire process from packing to unpacking was smooth and stress-free. They were very supportive and understanding, especially towards my elderly sister & brother in law. Felix, Clayber and Francisco were polite and handled everything with care and respect. Highly recommended them for anyone, but especially for seniors needing a reliable and considerate moving service!

Their movers: August, Geo, Felix, Juan, Jose, Jordan and Roberto were exceptional. They packed, loaded and unloaded my home with efficiency and carefully. Not one fragile item was broken. Not one ginormous item was scratched! I enthusiastically recommend this company without reservation!!

They were quick to respond, I thought price was very fair after getting quotes from several places, movers also did a great job! Very happy I chose to go with this company, and if I need to move again will be choosing them again!

Great movers. Helped me thru the the day of moving. Great and awesome movers. And office staff was just as awesome. The quality and service was 10 stars quality. I highly recommend them!!!

Excellent service at a good price. The movers were on time, friendly and fast. Even though it was raining in my move day ? They take care of my furniture. PS nothing got wet.

These guys are awesome! I just competed my 2nd move with them over the last few years. This time it was a local move from my SF apartment to their storage center. They hooked me up with 45 days free storage! Yes! And they even dropped my roommates mattress off on the way. Super service!

This is the second time that I utilize Thrifty Moving services and once again, I am extremely satisfied with their work. I had Vítor & Geovanni, from Thrifty Moving come to do my move and these 2 gentlemen were Super!! They quickly and carefully moved and loaded my boxes and furniture into the truck.At the destination, they had to contend with elevators and hallways but these 2 men hustled, unloaded the truck, and did a superb job at accommodating everything in a neat and orderly manner. They are 2 very hard working men, polite and professional. A class act!Their quote is straight forward and you know exactly how they calculate the charges. I am extremely satisfied with their moving services. I recommend them!

Thrifty did a wonderful job moving me from the east bay to Oregon. Roberto and Augusto took great care packing, loading and unpacking my belongings. Communication was easy and the quote was accurate. I will definitely use them again in the future

I hired Thrifty Moving & Storage recently for a move, which included a lot of stairs at both locations.The movers were professional, courteous, and very hard working.I was really pleased with the job they did! These movers were reasonably priced, prompt, careful with my delicate items and accommodating if I changed my mind about the placement of a piece of furniture. I would hire them again.
