Had a younger gentleman help me ship a package today - had absolutely no problem with him, he was fine. However, his older female counterpart was completely unprofessional...
When I walked into the store, all I heard was her loudly cursing up a storm over personal matters [hopefully not on the company phone, definitely on company hours though] & how she has to "babysit tonight". All the while having her feet up on the customer counter! She knew her behavior was out of pocket because she even stopped to say, "Sorry ma'am," to me, but just continued to go about her personal business. All I hoped was that she wasn't the store manager because that would be insane!
It's not a matter of being "sorry"; it's a lack of professionalism that I experienced in the short time that I was there. Granted, the store is currently being remodeled, but the service counter was still covered in packages & random items everywhere...
To sum things up, just go somewhere else. My experience was so weird, that I know now not to return there again. A small part of me wonders if my package will get to its destination because I don't know if I can trust this location anymore.

I had a bunch of packages to drop off, I thought it was going to be a hassle but the dude working there was chill, I was chill, and everything got sorted and done in no time at all.

Returned many things at this location and it seems something always goes wrong. This last time I returned 2 tvs and a flash drive. Only 1 tvs scan actually went through and had to speak with Amazon to get it fixed, it was completely on UPS for messing up the scans. And don't get me started on how rude they all are there ?

I came here to notarize some 30 documents. The lady apparently did not want to work that much, so she started asking rude questions and picking up on the documents. The boss wasn't there to help either. I could not tolerate the rudeness, so I left after some back and forth. After all, I have never been treated that badly in another UPS store. I will not come back here.

DOJ Live scan thumbprints everywhere else are from $50-$70. I asked the UPS store why they’re charging 90+ dollars for the same thing. Another store is going to charge me $70 for the lady at the counter. Had an attitude when I asked a simple question on pricing.

Super bad service, i came 3 times to try to do a tourney and everytime the lady that authorized to do it are in “launch” or “left early” or “sick today”, they asking me to come for the 4th time to try to catch her. Wasting my time for nothing, Ridiculous, and so disappointed

Went to monument store and the young lady behind the counter ter was no help so I went to the willow pass location and the lady behind the counter(cinda) did exactly what I need done with no problem thank you cinda and the wonderful employees here,,,,

Friendly service...had everything I needed, boxes, shipping envelopes, etc. Cheaper then USPS.
