DOJ Live scan thumbprints everywhere else are from $50-$70. I asked the UPS store why they’re charging 90+ dollars for the same thing. Another store is going to charge me $70 for the lady at the counter. Had an attitude when I asked a simple question on pricing.

Super bad service, i came 3 times to try to do a tourney and everytime the lady that authorized to do it are in “launch” or “left early” or “sick today”, they asking me to come for the 4th time to try to catch her. Wasting my time for nothing, Ridiculous, and so disappointed

Went to monument store and the young lady behind the counter ter was no help so I went to the willow pass location and the lady behind the counter(cinda) did exactly what I need done with no problem thank you cinda and the wonderful employees here,,,,

Friendly service...had everything I needed, boxes, shipping envelopes, etc. Cheaper then USPS.

Staff are friendly, usually a very busy location, so you may need to wait.

Such a small place, and it is filled with packages awaiting pick-up. They were busy when I went, but the line moved fairly quickly. I was there to do an Amazon return. That was very easy .

This represents my most unpleasant experience in the USA. I just wanted my package, and even if it wasn't under my name, the representative could have explained it more delicately. I didn't deserve to face a loud voice, coupled with disrespect and rudeness—an entirely unwarranted ordeal.

I always regret coming here despite living so close. The older lady consistently gives inaccurate information and brushes you off. I had a package to Ireland and she told me the cheapest would be $200, and when I asked questions, of course, she’d brush me off. I ship with UPS often so I KNOW that’s not it. Went to another UPS and shipped my package for $15 since they cared enough to proceed with the Post Office option, and even the non-post office option turned out to be $112 -since they cared to put in the address info. So be careful.

All lady employee here are very rude and so much attitude towards customers. Even you asking a simple question they will answer like you annoyed by them. I meant if you hate your job that much just quit.

The consistently low reviews are not a surprise. This place is terrible.I went in today at about 3pm and the woman in the front (brunette) wouldn’t let me use the tape.Seriously. Clear packing tape. You’re not allowed to use it. Only they can wrap your item for you.I had a fragile item I preferred to wrap myself.I instead went to store, bought tape and went to the Postal Annex on Oak Grove and Treat where I was actually treated politely.Never again.

Now mind you the store was not busy but Amber scanned the bar code that my returnee sent to my phone a label printed out in 5 seconds and then she placed it on my parcel and said " that's it." The whole process took about 65 seconds. Btw Amber is a sweetheart.

4/17 or 4/18/23 I stopped by here to drop off packages. I didn’t go inside, but the UPS tuck driver was outside and I asked if he could take the packages otherwise the boxes would just be going back and forth and it seemed silly. The driver was hesitant and I really wanted to say to him, you’re going to have to bring them out if I take them inside. He didn’t even scan the packages, which I felt like he didn’t want to do his job. This review is for the driver and not the physical location. I have not had a bad experience when I had to drop off packages or do Amazon returns.

I always come here for my returns and package shipments and the employees are always super patient, nice and friendly, I’ve never had an issue with anyone! It seems like their location has been under renovation or something for a long time so I feel for them working in this environment

I came in end of Feb to return 2 phones to Verizon. However they sent me 1 box/shipping label and ur staff warned me that my phone carrier won't credit me back unless I ship them in "separate" boxes. So I called Verizon to confirm & they admitted they forgot to send extra shipping label(s) for EACH phone. I was so frustrated! But grateful for EDNA for being accurate and sympathetic to my needs. I cannot tell you how stressed I was and she calmed me down with her confidence, friendly/professional vibes. THANKS for helping me out in a desperate time of need. I am forever grateful!This location is the BEST & deserves a reward/praise/shout out for their combined efforts!! You have earned my loyalty. Kelly B.
