I use this store to return merchandise I have purchased from Amazon. This UPS store in Concord, CA is very efficient and usually only spends a few minutes with a return transaction. Frankly, Amazon has thought of everything and so has UPS to make returns easy for their customers.

Bad owner and bad employees. No respect for customers. Over charge for services. Just getting one paper printed cost almost 2 dollars. And the crazy part is they don’t have the prices listed anywhere for printing.
