I repeatedly was given incorrect information, partial (but wrong) information, and/or different information from every one I dealt with. US Bank initiated an account update, but no one was empowered with the information or ability to resolve the matter until it was too late. The end result was massive hassle and financial disruption for me. US Bank makes it hard to do banking.

US Bank Security Alert sent to me today, regarding unauthorized charges on my account. WOW how great, the Fraud Division will stop unauthorized charges and expedite a new card to me. 5 stars again for US Bank. MB

I am a little overdue since I a few friends and I have started banking with US Bank a few months ago.. I was referred by a family friend, Vea, to check out the services at US Bank. Specifically to meet Fernan Cordero since he had a exceptional experience opening a business checking account with him. Fernan was more than happy to take my calls, answer my questions and set up some time with me to make sure I was able to make the right decision on the account I needed. Fernan is extremely passionate about what he does and makes sure that in the end, you make the right decision about your banking needs: home equity lone of credit, business loan and savings/checking. We made an appointment to meet in person and finalize the account. Due to the current pandemic, he was more than accommodating with my unstable schedule. When I got to the branch, it felt very welcoming and the tellers are ready to greet you when you come in. Overall, a great experience! If you are tired of running circles for your banking services reach out to Fernan at the Concord Branch and he will take care you!

Horrible customer service today from the old Caucasian lady with glasses... I'll never go here again!

WORST BANK! PAULA is a rep with a high horse attitude. She was rude and charged me all kinds of fees and told me she was going to charge me 3 fees that were reversed in January! Worst bank and Paula was the worst person I encountered. Karma is coming for you.

This branch has the least friendly customer service folks of any bank. They charge unwarranted fees and then refuse to work with customers to resolve them. They are very rude in dealing with customers especially when fees are discussed. I closed my account there. Overall US Bank follows poor practices of placing long holds on check deposits and charging maintenance fees. They make no effort to try to retain the customers that they have.

My husband and I have made 3 trips from Sonoma County to empty a safe deposit box for his parents. Each trip he was advised that he needed additional forms. He is the Trustee for the Trust, is an attorney, and has been rudely turned away every time. This bank is poorly managed.

Our developmental disabled daughter with mobility impairments needed a new check register. As I live 45 minutes away, I called the Clayton Road branch (nearest to my daughter) and was assisted by Nate (Ignacio) Thomas (Branch Mgr. & Asst VP). Nate was very compassionate and understanding. I requested he put 2 registers in the mail for my daughter. Immediately, Nate offered to drop off my daughter's registers and several more for other clients at her non-profit agency! Nate's personable and professional manner demonstrates what an asset he is to US Bank. Because of its continual great customer service, our family will remain long time US Bank customers. Thank you, Nate!

I was in this bank last weekend dealing with the branch manager, Nate, and a very pleasant female employee (whose name I can't recall). The neatest thing about the bank was a table they had set up inside featuring a local business - one who obviously banks with US Bank. The featured business this month was a lice removal company in Concord: Comb It Out. US Bank keeps the table on display with the business name and magnets, pamphlets, and other information about the business. I thought it was a really great idea to promote a local business inside their branch, and how awesome for that business to get to advertise to all the other people who bank in there too! Way to support local businesses!

Always a friendly greet when you walk in through the door. We have been banking here since 2010 and notice there are higher fees, but probably wouldn't see if we had a higher balance. I like that they help promote local businesses by offering a table of info. Cookies and candy are a nice touch. Thanks for remembering my name :)

I am not sure what happened with the other person that gave this place a once star, I can only speak from my personal experience, I have been banking with US bank for about 8 years now, never had any tricky or hidden anythings added to my account- someone always manages to welcome you as you enter. They ask you how your day is going @ the counter & I probably don't frequent in there as much as some other people, but the few times that I have been in there, they seemed to have known allot of there customers by name which tells me that, they are willing to take the time to get to know there customers on a personal level, which when it comes to Banks you rarely see that, oh & I have banked with all the other Banking institutions & this bank by far exceed in customer service as far as banks are concerned. My only thing is the building is really old, & almost zero curb appeal not very inviting even once your in, feels like the place is frozen in time (1980's)

Not only is the bank awful, so is the branch manager. We had an account there for about a year and every month, they charged us hundreds in over draft fees. They have tricky policies that get you in trouble like they hold deposits until the end of the day no matter what time they come in. Lets say today is payday and you have direct deposit, they process all the debits and withdrawals for the day before they process the deposit. We have been with a new bank for about 6 months now and have had no over draft problems. The funny thing is, we still get letters from them saying our accoun(we no longer have an account with them) is over drawn, etc. but we call or go into the branch and they seem baffled that we are getting these letters because they don't have a record of it. So glad not to be with them anymore.
