The rudest customer service I ever experienced. The lady who took my package talked over me multiple times when I was trying to explain my situation and treated me very poorly when I was just asking for help. Her attitude is unacceptable. I understand working a job you hate but I would never treat a person like that.

Horrible experience, the lady who attended me was so rude, I’ve never been treated this way for a service before, I went to ask the prices for shipping, she didn’t answer she just asked me if the item was for sale, and how much was it, and I answered so she only said you’re losing money, I just needed to see how much cost send a small box, that’s all, she literally yelled at my face and I went with my baby he was scared 😓

Shout out to YVETTE! I normally dread going to the post office, but she made my experience so special. She has wonderful, personalized service, a constant smile and works with the customers to ensure they’re getting the best price possible. Goldstar employee!

I have been going to this post office since 1991. Nothing but great things to say about the people who work here, especially Gary and the very friendly black gal, who's name escapes me at the moment. The friendliest of clerks reminds me of an atmosphere like that of "Andy of Mayberry" and what a PO should be like today! Thanks to the crew who work so hard for us!

Passive aggressive and inefficient staff. Very slow service. The agent Yvette basically told me if I don't like it, go somewhere else. Do the people think they are in the position of power and we can't do anything about it?

I was looking for Christmas stamps because last year they ran out. They had some cute ones with snow globes. The clerks are always helpful and friendly.

This government office has been taken over and ruined by Shockingly unprofessional employees.The women who work here constantly call everybody "honey" and "baby", especially one in particular who fosters that environment for the entire office, now there are sometimes 2-3 women all walking around calling people "baby " and "honey" and "child" its unprofessional and uncomfortable.There's one women (the most elderly there) who will call you baby and honey one second, but god forbid you get on her bad side, Because she will turn into a mad, sassy woman right away. Like a 180 degree turn. I was stared down and given bug eyes for about 10 seconds before I called her out on this. Making it into a giant scene.This woman and her employees act like they could never be fired. I think This woman in particular knows the power she has and abuses her position.Although I live less than a 1 minute walk from this post office, I avoid it for the main post office.This offie is truly an example of "government employees" who know they can't be fired.
