Ordering my iPhone 15 Pro Max White was a big pain. I had originally ordered same day pickup at the Danville Location and ended up canceling my order due to the bad customer service i had gotten from the danville site. I had eventually reordered the iPhone and ordered same day pickup at the concord/sunvalley mall location. I had waited the whole day with both call or email. So i waited another day and decided to go in person and was warmly welcomed by Roger. Roger was a blast! He helped me get my iPhone that same day. Had a great time and was taken care of. Roger, i appreciate your help and I hope you get a raise

HIKMATH was by far the most helpful Verizon representative I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been in a multiple stores and I will not go to a different store than the one that’s in the Sun Valley Mall Concord California.

Went in for an appointment to gather some information on upgrading to an iPhone 15. Hikmath was very knowledgeable and friendly and I recommend seeing him if you have questions. I will be back there next time I need a new phone.

Please don't hesitate to open an account with Verizon at this store.Terrible service, I've been trying to fix the problems they did in the store for nine months, I returned a piece of equipment, and they stole it; they didn't return it to the warehouse, and Verizon wants to make me pay for it.

Their phone number doesn't work. The calls don't ring at all. Funny that a cell phone retailer can't even get their own phone to work

Great experience at this location. Felix was super helpful and very friendly .. was able to deal with several customers simultaneously. He inquired about quick questions from customers entering the store, etc. Was able to resolve a difficult situation in a timely fashion. Five stars all around!

Very dishonest. Would not show me an estimate. Wouldn't show me what I was signing for x3. Put extra items in my bag and charged $80 for those. Didn't set my phone up in the 1.5 hours I was there and charged 29.99 for each item. Wouldn't tell me the price of a phone and charged $120 more than any other dealer. Charged me tax on 720. For a free iPad.

They are nice while you are buying. But they are lying about what it will cost. Then they are rude as hell. Spent 5.5 hours to get cheated out of 3 x $30.00 activation fees and 3 x $50.00 return fees, and if I waited I would've lost $1450.00 on trade ins.

We went by Verizon today because my mom had an issue trying to open up the SIM card area of her replacement phone from Verizon. Felix was the only worker today and he was working with a customer when we came in. He made sure to acknowledge us and told us he would be with us as soon as he could and was very pleasant. We waited and he helped us get the SIM card section open. He offered to transfer everything to the new phone, but we opted to go home. He started us on the software update process and we did some shopping and went home. The software update kept saying that it would update in 3 hours, but it went past that and we weren't sure if we had left a SIM card at the store. We decided to go back to have Felix help us. We called and asked if he could help us and he said of course. When I came back, he had another customer, but politely excused himself and got up to help me figure out what was going on with my mom's phone. Turns out the download time had decreased but it still said it would take about an hour so I just decided to wait at the store while the updates happened. Felix charged the phone behind the counter while it was updating. Felix was great, friendly and very attentive to the customers that came in while I was there. Although, it would have been nice to have an additional worker there, I think Felix was absolutely great. He made our trip to Verizon such a pleasant experience.

Dishonest!!!! Charged for items I didn't receive and also for items that were put in my bag without me asking for. Wouldn't say price of phone and charged 120 more than other dealers. Cheated out of 290. Plus I paid 70 in tax on a free tablet. Makes me realize Felix was probably lying about the $1600.00 I am supposed to receive on my tradeins.
