Garbage a phone guy told me he installed lines before..worked at Comcast 6.5 years..they lie on your experience. Got hung up on 3 times . It's the worst service ever.prefer to may 40 more for Comcast

After installation my printer will not print and my landline message machine does not record. I could have used some instruction from installer to #1-expect this to happen and #2 the way to fix the probs.

Not only am I saving money, but I have experienced amazing customer service with installation and with office inquiries re how new set up functions. There are real, live people answering customer service inquiries. Astound lets you know your service person is on the way to your home and gives you the name and employee number of the person you will be dealing with. This morning Joseph assisted me with printer and phone issues I created. Patient, cheerful and very knowledgeable. What a relief from the non-existent Xfinity "customer service"---that never, ever happened.

This company offer 1.5 GB and you just get 500 mg. If you can get any other interenet service you better. I DON'T RECOMMEND ASTOUND BAD SERVICES AND EXPERIENCED..

Thank you for being a valued part of the Astound service family! -Jackie" This is astounds reply. Of course they don't address the problem of having to spend much precious time calling and messaging after they raise the cost of your service over and over. They encourage auto bill pay because then you might not notice they are all of the sudden charging you more. This has cost me hundreds of dollars over the years. Terrible company.

They had a promo where you get a free streaming stick. I lost the streaming stick. When I ended my service, they charged me $80 for the "free" streaming stick. Wave/astound is a scam that price gouges its customers.They said to private message them so they could help me but there is no place to private message them anywhere. I called them and the representative was not helpful at all.

To Be Honest after like 4 days of using there service "Internet and Digital Cable TV" everything is going fine and download speeds are Crazy Fast which can install apps.like Call Of Duty:Cold war 199GB in like 9 minutes which is way faster then a Average Cable Company.Unlike comcast they offered 1.2Gig while Astound is 1.5Gig So i hope everything goes fine and Well like i read the other reviews,Hope there is not that much Internet/TV Outage.

I've been with Astound for decades. I had a terrible time with the TV service and cancelled it 10 years ago. Since then I have had to call annually to reset my rates. Now there are caps. I called to cancel today as I found better service for less. The phone system is HORRIBLE. It took me forever to get through the menu successfully and not get hung up on. I was "on hold" on the online chat the entire time and never got through the queue. By the time I got an agent via the phone, I was so frustrated. Treat your employees better and fix your phone system. Its infuriating. EDIT: GOOD LUCK CANCELLING. I'm on the phone with them AGAIN as I got a bill. The reply here is marketing lip service. THEY DON'T CARE

Astounding Internet it has been a week which is Great And Download speeds are fast enough to keep Me gaming and i made sure that i did a speed test on my Console in which results are 1.3Gig Download Speed and Upload is 52Mbps which is pretty fast compare to comcast which there upload speed is 40Mbps.Oh TV is way more responsive compare to Comcast X1 Boxes which were super unresponsive and the photos are on How my setup internet is.

I locked in the price for the initial 12-month period. After the 12 months were up I expected the price to go up, which it did. Not a problem. However, just 4 months later Astound raised the price 10%! Where did that come from? No notice, nothing, just up the price without any explanation. On top of that, I lost connection for 26 hours less than a week ago, again no explanation. I can't wait for Comcast to expand to this area and force companies like Astound out of business. If you have a choice RUN AWAY from Astound as fast as you can.

I've had Astound/Wave for 20+ years, much preferable to the big ISP's (Comcast & Xfinity / AT&T) for multiple reasons. Every year I call to negotiate batter prices with their customer retention team and always get a real person quickly over the phone. Had an issue with data overage charges and Kyle from their phone service not only waived my previous data overages, but was able to re-configure my outdated internet plan to meet my needs, ended up quadrupling my download speed for 20 cents more per month, even got me Showtime as an add on for no additional cost. I had to call back an hour later to activate my new modem for my higher speed and the person at technical support was super quick in getting me back online ASAP. (Sorry I didn't catch your name) As long as Astound/Wave is a service provider in my area I am a happy customer.
