Mathis Land Surveying Is one of the greatest professional companies I have had the privilege of hiring to survey my property. They are kind, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and above all, professional. I honestly wouldn’t look any further than these people to take care of your surveying needs.

Paid $1200.00 for Mathis survey to come out for 6 hours to tell me they couldn't find no corner post and could not complete the job. Then told me to get 9 neighbors to pitch in $1000.00 each and they could do it. OMG!!!! ANITA is the worst and should not be in the business. Total rip off! She stole $1200.00 from a working man! DO NOT HIRE THESE THEIVES! I'm having another survyer come out and when they complete the task I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK FROM MATHIS RIP OFFS REGARDLESS.

Was not told they would just come to look for metal posts from 30+ years ago. Had I known I wouldn't have wasted their time and my money. The surveyor was kind and tried his best though, hence the review.

There are two kinds of people in this line of work.... those who 'think' or 'guess' at what they they are doing. Then there is Nita Mathis. From the moment i first met her, i knew she was "the one"! I was so impressed at how meticulous she is at paying close attention to detail!I highly recommend her in all aspects of this line of work!
