“Clean, well maintained and safe. This facility utilizes security cameras and a gate code that is linked to the door of your unit. I always felt my belongings were safe in this facility. Prices are reasonable. They have a clean restroom and offer cold bottled water. The staff is helpful and nice and seem to actually care about you. I would definitely use this facility again if the need arises.”

“ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO LIVE!! I can't believe how lucky I was to get my very first apartment which was a studio here at Drift wood. It is such a safe and quite complex. Huge beautiful pool that is deep so my bf's daughter loved being able to dive in it. Every single neighbor is friendly, giving, and keeps to themselves! The maintenance man, Ronald is always on it and Jackie who does the cleaning is super sweet and helpful! Lastly the manager Property manger Carol is amazing! She is kind, creates fun holiday themed actives where you can win prizes and wants to make sure you are happy!! I swear one day we will be back! (:”

“As a widow it can be hard to find people that are willing to help an older woman. I am new to the area and moved to Cool after my husband died to be close to my family. The owner and manager of this facility were wonderful. They were also very patient with me teaching me how to work the gates locks and the door to my locker. I am very pleased with these folks and you will be too. I can drive right up to my unit. The parking lot is very clean with lots of security cameras. i feel very safe here.”
