Without using my words of preference for this matter- I am thoroughly ticked off. I drove up to the pharmacy last night to get my medicine. After I gave the pharmacist my dob he sat there and scratched his head for 5 minuets, repeated what it was, and then started to tell me that they must have got it wrong. To which I told him no, that was mine. Insinuating I couldn't possibly need this medication was not any of his business considering it came from a doctor. He tells me it's not ready. I come back today and this time after I drive up I am told that they are behind. That's not my issue. My issue is after being told they are behind they told me it most likely wouldn't be done until tomorrow, because, and I quote, "we're working on the critical medications and yours just isn't, it's important sure but it's not critical". So in other words unless they deem your medicine important enough, don't hold your breath.

If you want to feel like you are being followed this is the place to go to! The majority of the workers here including one of the manager have zero customer service skills! It’s a shame to go here and look for deals and markdowns and have you feel like you are a thief!

On Tuesday morning Corcoran rite aid informed hanford hospital nurse they had my mom's antibiotics she needed. The doctor instructions were for my mother to take them as soon as possible since she was discharge Tuesday morning from being in hospital since Sunday afternoon. At noon I was told by the pharmacist to come back in 2 hours minutes later I received a text that they were out of stock I called them and I was told they had ordered them and I should receive a text on Wednesday to pick them up. Never received any text or phone call from them. Thursday morning I called and told them I needed her medicine the pharmacist told me the medicine had arrived but the insurance won't cover them. I told them I didn't care about the insurance I was willing to pay cash for them because I was told by the doctor my mom needed them or else she would have to go back to hospital and because of covid there is no rooms available as it is the days she was admitted she spent them in the emergency room where she was not being cared as well as being in a regular room. I informed the pharmacist the day my mother was released from the hospital how important she needed the antibiotics and discarded my mom's health by promising she would have her antibiotics and not notifying me to give me the option to pay for them.

They take days to give you your prescriptions. They lie that they have the medication. they told the hospital nurse they had the antibiotics and when I went to pick it up I was told to come back in 2 hours, later that afternoon I received a text that it was out of stock. why did they lie to the nurse. if they would of said they didn't have it the nurse could of called another pharmacy. instead of receiving the antibiotics the day released from hospital did not get i

I was buying some snacks during lunch and my total was $4.10. I had a 5 dollar bill and the cashier told me if I had ten cents, so she wouldn't have to give me 90 cents back. I told her no and then she said," OK don't worry about it ." And gave me back a dollar. Thanks Elizabeth

Pharmacist is very rude and yelled at me about not understanding that he said an hour wait, my rx was supposed to be available 3 days ago though. Everytime I encounter this specific pharmacist he is totally unprofessional and unkind.
