My mom has lived here for 12 years never had a problem with anything until now. My mom has been without a hot water heater since December 5th and today is December 20th. The front office is RUDE. They hung up the phone in her face when she asked for a update.PLEASE PLEASE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Dont stay here!
